The last time PREM reached 1.43 was in 2015. So not 'the other month' . Since then SP destruction has been relentless. Further dilution at the end of the year/ start of next is inveitable as the company is paying its bills with investors money one raise at a time. This will then sink to new lows.

What the wider market realises is that N4P are yet to prove that Nuvec can help with vaccine efficacy/ delivery. It is yet to be proven. N4P as it has rightly been said already do not have companies banging down its door begging to pay for the privilege of using the game changing Nuvec to fix their drugs. Rather N4P is paying to try and show that Nuvec works. Until it does it IS NOT a genuine game changer. It may yet be, but it is not proven as such yet. This stock is still highly speculative and the market is marking it down accordingly. The people shouting that Nuvec is a genuine game changer also shouted that the Slidenfil reformulation was a game changer.

We will have to take a rain check on that.

From the latest RNS and I quote. "Despite UoA showing improved immunogenicity with their cytolytic DNA vaccine the immune response is not sufficient to proceed into clinical trials." This tells me it was a failure. They ( UoA) are not contributing any money to the 'collaboration' , why? It is a dead project not even suitable to advance to the first step. ( The slidenfil reformulation got further). There are only two choices UoA have decided to throw the dice again and see if Nuvec system can hel. Or.. N4P who have yet to actually prove their system can be beneficial the real world have offered to try and prove their Nuvac can assist. They must pay for the privilege as UoA are not contributing a penny. Proof will be in 7-8 months time assuming the collaboration starts sometime soon. Very high risk N4P.

The University of Adelaide ( UoA) have developed a drug that is so ineffective it will not proceed. And obviously there is no more money being offered to a dance it further. ie. It is a dead duck. ( Sound falmiliar.. Sidenfil reformulation). They are however happy for N4P to spend their own money to try and get it to work using Nuvec. Rather than a great endorsement I see this as a last throw of the dice lets milk this a bit more. No wonder the market isn't impressed. It would be interesting to know who approached who. Was it UoAs great idea or N4Ps idea to try and prove Nuvec actually works? At least it will probably provide N4P managers some nice time down under over this winter.

No one seems to have got back to your question bigsmoke regards why was the big holder (an American fund) looking to get out of the share. I read that it was because new rules introduced by Trump in America have forced them to sell to be compliant.

Just to help clarify as there seems to be some confusing of the issues. SDX deal is a Reverse Takeover as SDX is buying an entity larger than itself. SDX shares will not change or be bought out. The amount of shares may increase if they are used as part exchange for the purchase from BP. When the full terms of the deal are announced SDX can start trading again. The market will be aware of the deal to be voted for and thus shareholders can make a choice as to how much they are prepared to pay for/ sell for based on the deal. Trading can commence before the deal is completed. This happens all the time with both RTO and straight takeovers and is a basic principle. Sometimes takeover offers/ deals fall through. This can lead to a SP falling or even going higher..why? Because it WILL DEPEND ON THE DEAL. Basic stuff I know but some of the discussion here laughably naive.

Saying 15p close of day of release is more than a bit of fun. It is irresponsible, pie in the sky, total ramp bordering on deception / fraud.

CHAR were quite late on the results of their drill. People were saying that the longer the wait the better. The longer it took the more people said they obviously had struck oil and that the longer it took the greater the strike. In the end the well was dry. So longer does not mean better.

Sorry to tell you but PREM is 0.17p . Note the 0 (Zero) and point following it. Thank GR and his shambolic running of the company. Though running the company is the wrong word. It should be 'MILKING' the company and investors of their money to fund his lifestyle. Next stop AGM and then further dilution. Will it be above 0.1p ??
