My apologies for over baking your post . So you were just infering that Zimbabwe is lookig for international investment in there country? Just like ever other country in the world? You l;ike PREM as an international company. It however is not investing in Zimbabwe. It is looking for Zimbabwe to invest in it because it is broke. Hence my refernce to the poster linking PREM to the gender mix of judges in Zibabwe courts. Your link is in a similar vein. Any straw to continue to cling to the belief that PREM is an investment is being clutched at.

CF73 - YOU put the post heading 'Russians in Town' . The insinuation of your your ramp was as obvious for all to see as the denial deliberate or foolhardy of PREMs current situation. Just as the desperate on another social media site linked PREM as a good investment to the fact their were 34 male and 30 female judges in Zibabawe court system! I'm seriously not joking! Yet anyone with real and serious finacial exploration of PREM get told there shorters and boiler room.

chippyjo - One RED FLAG for any reported news is when a non official poster on a BB states they have had personal comunications explaining something that the company cannot or will not make public.

The supporters of PREM are getting delusional if they think suddenly PREM is going to get money from the Zimbabwe govenment given to them by Russian investors! Look at how difficult finding then keeping investors for Hinkley Point Nuclear Power Station was. Zimbabwe government stated they wanted to look over the history of RHA before deciding on what / If they invest. They better not look too hard, though I know PREM will spin a good story. PREM could just as easily get a letter stating Zimbabwe government decide not to invest. Also I would love to actually see the original letter and it's wording. I can imagine some Zimbabwe minister thinking "we never said in the letter we have decided we are investing in PREM".

If the company has £250k debt facility then yes it is pissible to use that. But how will PREM ever pay that back? Quick way to ruin and total loss to shareholders. PREMs raise in August which was to last till December was for £750k. So how long will £250k last when they are using almost £200k a month? I'm sure the boards going to vote no money for themselves? Like all companies that go bust there are always posters ( even honestly deluded ones) that push it as a wonderful investment even the morning before it is announced its bust.

@Phillip1976 - Honestly,I don't see anyone giving PREM a loan in this or any market. It operates in one of the most corrupt countries in the world, has trashed it's share price, raised via Primary Bid as institutions won't touch it, and has run out of working capital to fund its loss making RHA mine. What bank/ institution in its right mind would loan PREM money? No-one is the correct answer.

Realistically I believe PREM only have three options to fund their current need for working capital.
1) CEO gives another loan to the company.
2) Sell off of assets.
3)Company restucture/ raise.
Option one does not slove the problem, it just kicks it down the road. It does not bring any 'new' money to the table. CEO is not going repeatedly fund PREM from his own pocket. If it is chosen it would be damaging to current shareholders.
Option two would see a temporary relief but at what cost? Fire sale of assets to fund working capital in loss making RHA?
Option three would see the company broken up, a new company formed, share consolidation and alongside a raise for this new wonderful company that had risen from PREM. Current shareholders will lose big time. The toxic name of PREM can be swept under the carpet and the new company will try and carry on like before, with dilutive raises. Personally I think option three is PREMs preferred plan.

Yes I have been open as to why I sold for a loss at 0.56p in 2017. I have also been open to why I continue to post. I have repeatedly warned about the misinformation and ramping of this stock simply to perpetually fund dilutive raises. What is the share price now? Hopefully I have saved some people extra misery. Do you think I am the one who has destroyed your shre value over the last few years? Really? Are you saying you want new people to be sucked in and throw any their hard earned money so you can get yours back? Are you prepared to stick your head in the sand or tell whoppers to acheive that? I am not that person.

PREM according to there August RNS run out of working capital in December. How are they to fund themselves? It is ridiculous stating PREM will not fund via equity at these levels as a positive. If they sell off assets it will be at bargain basement prices. To fund what? A company who has placed everyone on reduced salaries and is in shut down mode? It will go to paying those salaries and shareholder value will be decimated. If there is a loan, it won't come from anyone but CEO as no-one else will offer PREM a loan. This then is debt. It will be secured against PREMs assets or swapped for equity..AKA dilution. And what will the CEO s loan go to pay for? His salary paying off his own loan? This will mot continue there will have to be a raise at some point with other people's money. But there will be little interest in this market. PREMs final throes are being played out.

I don't need to deramp this stock. It is a Bargepole as an investment. Any spike on ramps and hopes will like always quickly collapse and leave real LTH with a huge loss. Traders and those involved with the company will continue to do well of the misery of others. The odd person might buy and sell at the fight time but most will lose.

Teaboy- My first post "quoting the 28th Nov" RNS was not connected the December RNS. The hint is the fact that I challenged it to be produced! When it was I acknowledge my error.

Though reading through that RNS "The Minister has asked for some further clarification on the history of Premier's involvement and the restructuring of RHA Tungsten Pvt Limited ("RHA") and includes a statement that the Zimbabwean Government is willing to inject funds required to resuscitate RHA." I would question the Zim governments "willingness" and at what cost? Also I would question the deals benefit to current shareholders if combined with the restructure and reforming of a new company which will ultimately involve a share consolidation. Thank you though for pointing out my error.

PREM has not RNSd that Zibabwe government has offered a cash injection. That is outright untre. Please quote the RNS? Not able? Why not? Everything in PREM RNSs must be taken with more than a pinch of salt. They have survived on maybe and hope to's. Here is a quote from there28th Nov 2018 RNS.

The answer for anyone who is invested in PREM can be found in the sound advice by Naked Trader. That being SELL A BAD STOCK! Sell no matter how much you've lost. Sticking with a shockingly bad stock because you have lost 30%, 50% , 60% 80% , is for fools. Sell and invest in a stock that is actually worthwhile. You will only continue to lose money in PREM

I obviously didnt make it clear enough. Private investors for whatever reason, being duped, rampers or just plain dumb are the only ones that will keep PREM solvant. Keep deluding yourselves that this is actually an investment, but if you have never invested in PREM, my advice is dont. Not unless you want to lose most or all of it because you will.

The only reason a new company is on the adgena is because PREM has been diluted to death. Last raise in August saw 416 MILLION + shares issued. PREM is now worth less than one tenth of 1p. Even PREM board knows it cant go on. So the answer. Lets scrap PREM (it is now so tainted and worthless in fleecing private investors) and make a new company and we can start the process all over again. The new company will involve a share consolidation of course and some carrot that never appears to suck new investors in. Then the dilution will begin again.

Fact - PREM has had raise after raise with millions upon millions of shares added and total share price and shareholder value destroyed.
Fact- PREM has for two years in a row been SUSPENDED from AIM because they have not been able to produce their results.
Fact- Raises are done through Primary Bid, because despite the hype institutions are not interested.
Fact- Repeated noise that PREMs assests will be cash generative yet all only loss making.
Fact- 15th August RNS stated last raise for working capital will last to December. Thus the money for working capital according to PREMs own RNS has RUN OUT.

As a long term investment my honest opinion is to work out how much money you want to lose and etheir 1) Invest in PREM 2) Flush it down the toilet

In a nutshell Mark, PREM is not making a profit and has to constantly dilute shareholders to pay for working capital. Currently according to the 15th August RNS, money for working capital was to last until December. That means money has probably already RUN OUT. There will need to be a raise to even keep the company afloat. PREM is so poorly run for the last two years in a row it has been SUSPENDED from AIM for failing to produce its results on time. There is talk of forming a new company. In my opinion that is to try and consolidate the shares as share price is now almost worth less than a tenth of 1p! This will be at a cost to current shareholders and just see further dilution and share price erosion.
