Agree. Seems an honest fellow. I rate him as I would paulypilot. But as always DYOR. Baron Day Trader recently posted how that day one of his shares slumped and he lost 250k. Everyone makes mistakes and neither of the two mentioned control the companies they invest in. They would be the first to remind oncestors everybtrade id a risk vs raleward. Im not advocating a full listing and I dont think CAML were talking about it. Though it may benifit CAML with more II buying in as rules will prevent some buying/ exposure on AIM. SP go up and down regardless of where a company is listed. SXX still has a risk attached and a lot of extra money to raise to complete its project, hence why they moved to MM?, to facilitate this. CAML well run in a good (currently)sector, with a great divi would be quite attractive to many if on MM.

Nen - This SAVP board is a joke. You and the likes have made false allegations towards anyone who raised any concern regards SAVP. When raised we where all called boiler room scammers, shorters, 7e bondholders, holders of no stock, false accounts, multiple accounts.. the list is endless. Then when our fears correct and predictions correct and we sold we were told that we should nevet post on the board again. Then when we go the likes of you revert to your true nature and say its all quite our (shorting) work must be done. This board is an example of a poorly run company. Full of rampers and those that abuse anyone with a different veiw. Compare and contrast to PREM BB. Same abuse same failed company.

Tidd that is a fair point. Any II trying to buy that volume would drive the price up. So probably a mute point on my part. This may hover around this level for a while and rise with first good concrete news. I just am not prepared to risk further loss on more delay/ underperformance. No RNS re first tranche of shares shows to me II are not biting off AKs arm. True too PI most likely responsible for sell down. In responsecto Buffy not in my reading of the admisdion document. I would assume it is a done deal ( been there before) but admission document does seem to leave room for delay or cancellation. you can download from SAVP website and read all info regards first tranche. I have sold today at substancial loss. After reading through all documenrs the very point adoubleuk makes stuck out to me befire he stated it. First tranche was ( yet again SAVP speak " expected") expected to be completed and admitted 28th Unless of vourse otherwise decided or cancelled. It is 28th. No RNS yet. Guess there is still time and SAVO do like yo leave it till last minute. RNS after hourd tonight ? In the morning? If not is the firdt tranche even going ahead? If you were an investor would you stump up 35p per share today that you can currently buy for 27p?

Thinking of 100p per share at this stage is as silly as thinking 15p per share.

Yes thats why wh0sthedaddys post is totally misleading. Where warrants really dammage a share price is say they are kept for some time. Say SP is 85p then warrants are exercise at 35p. Firstly there is dillution due to new shares and the warrant share are probably going to be sold off at up to 50p profit, again brining SP down. In this case it is tjise who have bought closest to 85p that are affected.

Your post is so amatuer. US$65m in warrants are not going to be converted and sold at 1p. The SP would not remain at 36p any length of time. If such were true the bounce once sold would be enourmous, because demand would be through the roof.

Wh0sthedaddy- Warrants are not free. Your terminology or use of language is wrong. Warrants will cost subscribers 35p. They can be taken any time over the next 12 months. AK has pitched that SAVP is going to have a lot more value than 35p per share. II have bought into yhat with the offer of warrants. Warrants are a liscence to print money if the SP goes a good amount above 35p and there is good news to sell into. Yes at some point they will hold the SP back but back when above 35p .

Investors have just stumped up US$125m. It was not just for it to be thrown away. They have the carrot of 1 for 2 share options at raise price. To get any benifit from these the share price will need to be a good bit above the raise price. I am hopful the price will rise from these levels once the initial sellers ( that we knew would exist) have gone.

On the bright side ( for all those who are tegular posters here on this BB) we all know this dtop is only a temporay blip as adoubleUk sells his stake. :)

Yes once those who sell or maybe have reduced their size, as we have been suspended for so long. Then the true value the market places on the deal will show. Hope Malcy still likes it enough to place in the bucket list as he said he was just waiting for the suspension to lift to put it in.

This SP was always going to have a drop on open because some people just want out sick of the 9month suspension. MM know this too. SAVP were always going to have to prove their purchase with other peoples money was value added before the value was added.

Thats tells you more about SAVPs inability to deliver than than the posters. Again everything is expected. The only thing I have come to expect from SAVP is not to expect anything. However I hope this time the bookbuild will be complete and we might, might get an update again tomorrow. Maybe AK has woken from his dream and is understanding that SAVP has trashed its own share price.
