MounTeide - If SAVP complete the full raise between 40-50p then it won't matter what is posted on this board, our investment will do well. If the raise is not made then lights out, at least in the short/ medium term, it is that simple.

I know it is probably stupid. I sometimes think why am I posting what I believe to be true rather than just jump on the bandwagon and ramp lies about SAVP, suck others in and then sell. Is that what your recomending I do MounTeide? That might be a good investor but a real scum of a human being. I prefer to he an honest human being. It is up to AK to make good my investment.

5 figure is a common expression even a secondary student would understand. £10000 is five figures...because it has give figures. Doh

My growing take on Malcy is he can differentiate between good or poor assests but does not seem to dig too deep regards finacial management. It is this side of things that is currently at play. Also my experience of Malcy over the last year is if the SP is rising he says told uou this is a winner and if it is dropping says buy it's cheap.

adoubleuk- I dont think saying SAVP has ripped off shareholders is correct at this point. I don't think the raise was complete this morning but that dosen't mean it won't be. Yes many have been disappointed by the accelerated RTO that wasn't but a deal could still be completed that gives me a very good return or confidence to remain invested. But wether you are long or short, positive or negative regards SAVP the truth about the whole episode is aboug to be revealed to us all. Ethier this will prove to be a fantastic though long winded deal that has excited II or a foolish whim by AK that only he is interested in.

I doubt the raise has bern completed. That is not to say it will not. But evidence points to that. First if it had been raised we would have been told already. I am thinking of many companies that have recently raised. As soon as possible they anmounce the taise complete. This shows confidence in the investors. Think of HUR they announced on the 29th 5pm that they were to raise 500m. 8am next day they anmounce it completed. In my judgment SAVP havent because they cant. Also the languge of recent RNS also says they have not yet completed the raise. They now expect bookbuild to be up to 220m. That is from this morning. Therefore raise not completed. Sadly there always seems to be a divergence of what SAVP say and do.

No it wasn't meant to be funny. But it does pose questions. I doubt it was sorry, we only have 30m left to raise so you can have it and enter into a strategic partnership with us and we will give you 60m options. I would not be happy if I was an investor stumping up the other 220m and I dont get the benifit of options. There are only three situstions I can see that justifiable. 1) All the other investors are only giving a small amount eg 10+ other investors stumping up 2m or less. 2) The book build has not been acheivable thus far and this is being entred into and touted to attract others to invest. 3) ASMA bring influence to SAVP in the region that other investors cant hence justifying the award of options.

jim88 - I took from RNS that they were only looking for US$220m because it was in addition to the US$30m strategic partnership. 220 + 30 making the US$250m.

Just for all the doubters. As long as all the loose ends come together in the next RNS. eg: the full raise is achieved & raise between 40-50p. SAVP management will (about time too) have done well. The share price will be underpinned and it will then be up to SAVP to deliver of the carrots that have been waved in front of investors, dividend and drilling campaign. The options are obviously the price paid for clising the deal and depending on how and when exercised will determine their effect on the SP.

Fsheridan- Ok I missed the two year part highlighted by pijoe1212 in the RNS. So what I thought is possibly true. The options were a condition ( by this particular investor) to the $US30m. I wonder what the other investors will think of this perk? I do not assume to be a better manager than AK, but as an investor do want to know as much info about the running of my investment so I can make an informed choice. If you as an investor dont think it is important there are 20-30 million options at 40-50p good luck investing.

To be honest I have got past all the idiots like yourself who actually make no positive constructive argument for investing in SAVP other that to abuse others.

Diversified -It is possible. I would hope that the final admission document would set out clearly why this money is needed as options. If the share price is to rocket like so many predict why not raise more in the future at the better price? Unless some further deal regards 7e assesets is being worked on and it is expected to be finalised and SAVP want the cash available? I would like to know how long these options are available? Were they part of the conditions for the US$30m. Do both SAVP and partner have to agree to them being exercised? I hope the admission document answers these questions.

Coolpool just grow up. I have questions thats all. The RNS did not state why this extra was needed. Sure extra money is great but it is a bit of a no brainer if it is an option. If things go well they can be exercised at profit and if thigs dont they dont. I would just like to know what? At least diversified has the decency to answer the question/ concern posed.

I would like to know what the extra US$60m is needed for? Why not complete what was already proposed. If Niger wells successful then raise more money at an obviously inflated price with less dilution. If cash flow is good enough for dividend why is an extra US$60m of option / dilution needed at this stage? Still no certaintiy on raise, propose to raise up to 220m. If book closing was to be last Friday 5pm surely it could be stated US$220M has been raised? There are a lot more question than answers yet for me to be completely happy.

Again just for clarification. If SAVP have everything in order then yes it should be fully subscribed. We will not actually KNOW that for sure until it is announced on Monday. Agreed , I expect it will, but I am honestly sick of people stating as fact that which is still officially uncertain.

What I see as key now is the outcome of the US$250m raise. While it would be nice to have the raise at the higher end of 40-50p the crucial factor will be having it fully subscribed. Failure to have it fully subscribed would be the worst possible senerio. If AK is on the ball and has the kind of support and backing MGW has alluded to this ,however, should be a done deal. Assuming it is a done deal what will be the price? Anything above 45p I would see as a big cherry. It is human nature that if I offer you something to buy at 40-50p you will want to buy it at 40p or as close to that as possible. The closer to the 50p the raise is the more sought after the shares will have been. If it transpires the full raise is at 40p I would just see this as predictable. In etheir case as long as the raise is gully subscribed that is a big vote of confidence by II in SAVP. They will be fully aware of the shorts and at a premium to the share price will not be investing US$250m to see it instantly dissapear down the drainhole Tuesday morning.
