Done now. I have now worked out who most of you are and what your game is (that last bit was obvious). It was not a pleasure to meet some of you in person when I did. I did well not to punch you in the mouth.
You let yourselves down with your eagreness to pump and dump these past few weeks. After all, that is what you all are - pump and dump merchants. Just try not to pretend otherwise. Many of you know the BoD and it needs to be investigated whether or not they know you are doing. I hope for their sakes they do not.
So no point being on this board anymore. Let's see if you are investigated as you should be. I have kept every little boast from 'Barksy' about knowing the board and drinking with them and acting as a conduit between them and the shareholders on here. Those comments from Obs to his 'friend' Ivy about getting in new bood to minimise thier shareholding was priceless. Those two rank alongside each other as some of the most blatant things you have said and done. Add them to all the other tactics employed and it seems, to me at least, really clear cut. Don't think that because it is common practice you will get away with it.
It's not for me to decide if what you are doing is legal, just for me to get the evidence and report it.
Have fun.
Good point - was wrong trhead really.
Gone away have you Eric?
Thank you Ivy for posting that last post. I think I have it confirmed who is who.
See you at the AGM. :-)
Good to see you Ivy/Obs. I thought I was filtered.
Just like the creepy-crawlies you are. Lift the stone and you all come out. Every single one of you.
I saw 'them' at the time that you very much. When you next see degsie tell him to be accurate when he posts. You can share a pint with him and the BoD next time you both see them.
Are you going to tell us who you really are?
I know that you are personal friend of Berksy, who is a friend of the BoD, he said so when you turned up on the forum.
That's a coincidence to see you on here so soon. Though not really a coicidence is it?
Do you or do you not know the board personally?
Do you correspond regularly with members of the board by email?
Did you promote the purchase of shares by a member of the board even though there was no director purchase notified? "They have invested their own money, £350k in June last year and £50k in year to January 2019, at the then market price." [your words]. Can't see a buy like that in June.
He's cost a lot of people a lot of money Y-Fronts and with your help has been doing it for years.
The disgrace is him and people like you that help him.
I am informing readers that this share has fallen constantly for years. I put lists out to show that Obs had been ramping for years when he knew that the sp had fallen over 90% in a few years. Yet never a word against the BoD.
Barksy says she (he) knows the board and meets them to report back to investors.
Barksy says she goes to pub with the CEO.
Degsie says he knows the personal share buys of one of the BoD.
If you don't like being caught out for what you are tough luck.
Disrupting time wasters?
Look back at your 1000s of posts on this board. Pages and pages of made up numbers that you call research about the great lithium future we had. You were well aware we were selling down our ithium asset but you chose to make a comment about that but instead ramp up the company irrelevant numbers pretending you were in the know. That is not research. Add that to your January comment about getting new blood to minimise the effect of an impending dilution (you are aware when they are going to happen it seems) and we can might hazard a guess as to what your game really is.
Well we have no lithium and there is no future in iron. You are the waster Obs and, another falsehood, you have not 'filtered' me either. And how do I know that?
Hold on. Someone just posted, "we don't know the destination of our customers." Just who are we in all of this? Yesterday you were quite certain that 'we' were KDNC and 'they' were Umpahpah. Quite whose customers are you talking about? If this stuff is too much for you, stop looking at Wiki think for a bit. Now the port is 'ours' too.
The good thing is that we have known unknowns.
We don't know if Umpahpah have started to produce and we don't know about customers. Known unknowns - perfect.
Trouble is there are a few unpromising known knowns. We know that the world is heading for an almighty recession / depression. We know that the most of the demand for iron is to make steel. We know that steel demand, and vertical demand backwards to iron, is not counter-cyclical. We know the demand for iron will fall off a cliff and when steel demand does pick up that there will be many months of excess supply to run-down. The primary sector gets it first in the neck and is last out.
Putting it together, the known known is that we have been run so poorly that our hope is an iron producer that hasn't started operations yet and that the demand for iron is only going one way - downwards.
Though I do miss telling you all we will never produce lithium and will lose squillions on the venture because the BoD are incompetents.
I was right.
Looks that the SS Enterprise will have to get their lithium from somewhere else. Though we do have some iron ore (when operations start we might, that is). Anyone got the number of the Federation?
Quite feasible? It was feasible we were going to take over the world with our llithiun production.
Where is that fool talking about Peter 'the end is nigh' Secker? I miss those non-informative or relevant interjections. (Yeah, right).
Luckily now that we are a major producer and exporter of iron ore (though we haven't actually started operations yet) then hopefully all the talk about lithium cars can stop. It was not relevant then and certainly is not relevant now.
The post from Bannor was quite interesting as far as things go on this board. All we can ask is that the formalities are not handled by Morzaria or any of the other kooks if, and when, it happens. It is not as if Brazil is not going through its own nightmare with Covid is it? If anyone on here looks up from their gin they might have noticed that global trade is somewhat disrupted at the moment. Anyway, the post was of innominate interest. [That's quite funny]
Not too sure about the nauseating eulogy from Obs., but it was good to see he is being honest pointing out how his 'research' comes from Wiki.
I am not surprised you miss talking about lithium there Obs? You were in your element try to attract 'new blood' [your words] so that you could 'minimise dilution' [your words] to your own holding. You bored the world with your made up numbers, fictional off-takes, deals with Gangfeng and conjecture that some folded under the torture and actually bought a share or two. They will have lost most of their money of course because none of what you predicted actually happened - not least being a company with any stake in lithium at all now. Not too sure they will be such suckers next time this bombs and you, funnily enough just before and during a spike, start ramping this to high heaven again.
Observer, go on, answer my question. If you do I will answer the one old Y-fronts asked me. Go on, you know you want to.
Research? Ha ha. Is that what you think spewing out numbers trying to get 'new blood' to 'minimise dilution' is research?
Don't tell me, you did GCSEs and though looking up things online was research.
Just been researching all the failures and sell-offs of KDNC over the past years to pay the BoD exhorbitant rates for nothing and to pay back loans that we needed to pay for the old ones.
On your head I meant to say.
Why would I want to answer a question of someone like you? You spend you time ramping a failure of a company. It has an odd interest in some mud across the world and when it gets any chance of anything it sells it pay the BoD what they think they are due.
Have the BoD got an old lorry yet.
'Any old iron? Any old iron? You see, we only have a small little non-producer of the stuff at the time prices are going to collapse... Any old iron? Any old iron?'
How the mighty have fallen.
Is the Y at the front of your name because you wear Y-fronts fella ;-)
Did Morzaria pass it on the left hand side?
Of course you are right MLQ. There is a placing to raise money to lend to a company in which we are invested because they haven't got started yet. Oh yes, at 18%.
Good to see you here Observer. Can you explain these comments below that you made in January?
"@Ivybush From the point of view of minimising dilution to existing holders, I think the best strategy is to ensure that when the 20% news arrives we are able to attract sufficient new blood (and from LTH's prepared to back the company) to invest here in order that the subsequent dilution to our holdings are minimised. This isn't something underhand, it's how markets are supposed to work"
Some may think you were colluding with others to get people to buy shares, when you are aware they will be falling in price, for the purpose of protection your personal holding.
If that is not what you were doing, could you tell everyone what you did actually mean by it?
We found our yesterday that we have to borrow at 18% so that the company we invested in can stave of bankruptcy and start its operations and you think we will be selling in weeks.
How many weeks will that be and how many tonnes? 10 weeks and 1 tonne? Have you seen the trend of iron ore prices in the past few months? Do you think that there will be a pick up? What demand will there be to justify 18% borrowing to fund a small company producing a measly amount of iron?
Of course there won't be - we might as be borrowing at 18% to lend money to a little-start up so they can buy the capital to start a micro-brewery. That in the full knowledge there will be no demand in the future.
