The time-scale still looks long really given it is a move to get us back to where we are already. I presume when the county's Economic Development Officer aid "... the zoning change will make the land available for new development quicker. There are developers possibly interested in the land ". Not too sure about the meaning of 'possibly' in this context.

You are not wrong there as there is a big ‘if’ about getting into production. You are right also that communication is appalling and the sp is suffering because of it – we are now very close to the all-time lows before the announcement of the 2000 mile move.

So, nearly three weeks ago it was announced that a plant would be moved 2000 miles from Utah to N Carolina. Don’t forget that it was a plant that had, according to AEG anyway, been proven to produce to its designed capacity. In fact, they said as much a year ago.

There has been no announcement yet of the inspections since the RNS or any grant of change of use status, even though a specific date was stated. Given the phrase in the RNS this is to be expected any time now: “Completion of the Acquisition is contingent upon customary closing conditions … and acceptance of all inspections of the Lumberton Site… as well as appropriate re-zoning for its recognised industrial uses. Approvals are expected on or around 18 March 2019 from Robeson County, North Carolina.” I am not holding my breath.

The longer no announcement goes on then the longer nothing will happen to the sp. We are yet to start decommissioning the Utah plant or move it 2000 miles and set it all up again to the state it is currently.

Has anyone seen Audio? He and another ramper turned up last weekend ramping up RedT and had a go because I was concerned about the lack of sales. Now he (and the other one / same one) seem to have disappeared. Can't think why.

With such a large sales team, self-inulgent director pay and no news (because of no sales?), this had to happen. So long as those responsible are still on the board then this has no chance of attracting funds.

Throughout 2017 the sp averaged 9.2p and over the two years 2017-2018 it averaged 8.1p In the first two and bit months of this year that average fell to 4.8p and today it even stands 25% below that average at 3.6p. It is a bit rich for a few punters who have bought in at the low price and want their 25% to then go and tell LTHs to sell up and stop making comments. But then again what do you expect from someone with no interest except a few percent?

That fall in sp not for a reason - I am inclining to the view that there are little or no sales. You never know, if there were any sales and RedT decided to say so, the sp might rise and they will be able to get another placing away.

Laudible defence of the Directors against attacks of fraud. Never been the case and well done for saying against it.

Not so convincing is the argument against lack of sales information. Saying that the directors said they will not publish every sale is a weak defence of the Board of Directors. Arsenal Football Club have recently gone for renewables for their stadium. I know, not because the company who sold it to them said so, but because Arsenal said so. The same goes for RedT. The Board of Directors do not need to be coy about sales. People will know about them, if or when they happen, because the purchasers will say so - just like Arsenal saying they have gone green and bought renewables. It is looking like RedT might be accused of pretending to be coy about sales as a substitute for the fact there are no sales.

However, the vote was the vote and I respect it. The only way out seems a free vote now and allow the Labour members who want to go for May's deal the chance to get it through. Corbyn himself could hardly complain about his party voting against his new stance following his Damascene conversion. If I am right then the direction is to sell existing assets to buy prospective new assets elsewhere. The assets being sold are mostly at a loss and were paid for by dilutive placings and debt, both of which hammer the sp. So dilution and debt to buy something that is then sold at a loss.
This is madness.

You seem to imply that Chinese growth is because of free trade when it is the opposite. China 2001 or Vietnam 2007 didn't join the WTO until they were ready - until they thought they would not be consumed by the richer more powerful west. Even now they continue to protect their inudustries through state intervention, restriction of foreign competition and currency manipulation. My Chinese made, Japanese developed phone is the product of state intervention all the way through from start to finish.

You have a point of the Euro making things a lot worse for the PIIG countries - if you remember Greece didn't make even make the loosened set of conditions in the Maastricht Critereon. But the Euro is not the only reason for it - free trade does not always provide winners as you seem to think, and low value added exports followed by devaluation and inflation would have left things much the same as they are now. And of course it's not just free trade - it's also the political interference that goes with it. Ironic that don't you think? Free to trade, but only how and with whom the big players say you can.

Anyway, I guess we could disagree forever on this.
