Answer to yesterday's question:19 Feb 2020 16:42
Seems to have been some conversation yesterday about the share price of REM/KDNC two years ago.
My records say that the end of day share price of 18th February 2018 was 0.255p. Taking into account the 1 for 100 consolidation in September 2019, that works out to be a share price fall of 79.4% in the past two years. That is not a good performance.
Further information about the consistent share price fall over the past years is below.
PAST 06 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 43.2% [18/08/19: 0.0925 p]*
PAST 12 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 50.0% [18/02/19: 0.105 p]*
PAST 18 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 71.2% [18/08/18: 0.1825 p]*
PAST 24 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 79.4% [18/02/18: 0.2550 p]*
PAST 30 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 87.2% [18/08/17: 0.41 p]*
PAST 36 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 90.3% [18/02/17: 0.54 p]*
PAST 42 MONTHS - SHARE PRICE has FALLEN 94.0% [18/08/16: 0.865 p]*
* The prices that occurred at the time and before the consolidation.
The current quoted share price [5.25p time of writing] includes the effect of a 1 for 100 consolidation in September 2019. This means that, effectively, the share price has fallen from 86.5p in August 2016 to 5.25p today.
There has been a share price fall in every six month period from August 18th 2016.
Since August 18th 2016 there has been seven periods of six months with an average price fall of 32.3%. In other words, shareholdings in REM/KDNC have fallen, on average, by nearly one third each period of six months since August 2016.
That is not very good performance.
