You are not being simple MLQ. KDNC have been steadily selling down their interests in lithium and other rare earth metal companies.

They now only have:
1% of Auroch [down from 7.7% 15/05/17]
3.1% of MacArthur [down from 16.5% 11/04/17]
16% of EMH [down from 20.76% 25/5/17]
That is not to mention the constant sale of Bacanora to near nothing now. On 10/04/17 Cadence said it owned 19.12% of Bacanora.

It is just sell sell sell.

And what is it all replaced by? You are right, a company that needs Cadence to borrow at 18% so it can get started. The great Almapa project hasn't even started yet. It will produce iron (not a rare metal) when the world is suffering its biggest economic downturn in recorded history. Meanwhile rare earth companies that Cadence sold will be going from strength to strength.

Apologies for my style of writing Mr C. Much of it stems from my annoyance of the rampers. They have been in overdrive in the past few weeks as you know, and now we know why.

This announcement today was expected. After all, in January the arch ramper did talk about:

"being able to attract sufficient new blood (and from LTH's prepared to back the company) to invest here in order that the subsequent dilution to our holdings are minimised."

Well well. A placing at 6p. That will be dilution you talked about won't it Observer? Have you been ramping so much in past days to "attract sufficient new blood... in order that the subsequent dilution to [your] holdings are minimised"?
Did you know there was going to be a placing, Observer?

The reality of the company's dire straits was also so obvious. An inabiity to borrow below 18% whilst global interest rates are the lowest in history. We are so desparate that we have to pay such a high risk premium 10% above crowdfund levels. Ha ha ha.

And for what?? Now we are told that the iron ore company hasn't even started yet... "owner of the Amapa iron ore project, has identified that it will require start up working capital to begin operations."

Anyone want to guess why there were so many sell-offs this afternoon before the announcement of the placing and the loan?

Unfortunately we are at 6.65p and on a severely rapid downward trend.

Anyone know what happened to our holding of Auroch? To save you looking it up I will post a list with our declining holdings of Auroch along with our decling holidings of MacArthur and EMH. Not too late for a list about our once holding in BCN either.

Seems as though are selling everything and, like a very bad investment company, are leaving all our eggs in one basket - that basket being a small iron ore producer in NE Brazil. Ha ha. What a failure.

On the 20th April, the same 'researcher' posted this quote from another regular ramper:

According to @degsie on 19 Feb "Irelands have a target price of 44p and an unconstrained risk value of 168p. They are the company’s brokers which should mean they are aware of what’s going on. I have spoken to the researcher who prepared report."

There has been a rally since my last post. The fall is only 16.88% today and not 18% as was my post 12:21.

There you have it. It is a 'strategy' to get 'new blood' to buy shares to ensure 'dilution to our holdings are minimised'. I suppose we will all have our views as to whether such a 'strategy' is 'something underhand' and whether this is 'how markets are supposed to work'.

For the record Dallas, should you be thinking I was talking about you, which I wasn't, you did suggest that it WOULD NOT 10 bag by advising someone not to hold their breath.

Good point. Who did say 10 bag? They said bet to over a 100p from a position of below 10p. That is more than 10 bag!

KDNC have reduced their holding in MacArthur Minerals over the last two years from 15% (around 1 in 6 or 7 shares of the total) to 3.1% (around 1 in 33 shares of the total).

At the same time they have been reducing holdings in other 'flagship' investments such as Auroch (now 1% of total holdings), and EMH.

Established holders are well aware of the KDNC involvement with Bacanora and the fiasco of the reversed takeover attempt (when KDNC was called REM) and that since then the share price has fallen continuously. Following that they spent years reducing their holding in Bacanora as they are in their other ‘lithium’ companies.

On top of that there was a consolidation late Sept 2019 at a rate of 100:1 followed by a share price fall of 65%. The recent spike only got us above the sp at the time of consolidation for few days. We are again below it.

There has certainly been a sell off of holdings in MacArthur over the past years. This is in keeping with reducing holdings in Bacanora, Auroch and EMH that has been happening / has happened simultaneously.

All those wonderful assets that we were told about for years have been sold off bit by bit and replaced by next to nothing. The number crunching ‘researchers’ on this board are fully aware of the sell-off.

We haven’t got a whole lot left. Funny that the BoD never tell you when they down-sizing their holdings. Interesting posts tonight suggesting that the BoD are not very good at doing their job of maintaining an accurate statement of their holdings.

It is a pity that the last week is turning into an all familiar AIM spike on little or no news of worth. A 5% fall before 11am on top of the rapid falls from the top of the spike.

Obs yersterday was very honest when he said most of his 'research' results are speculative and conditional. I am sure many people would consider that something else rather than research. But each to their own.

Anyone with any sense would be into the banks at the moment. I am smiling that I took a large 'un or two in Barclays a few weeks ago. Already more in a few days that this share will provide in 10 years.

Just think about the direction of this company. A well vaunted investor in 'lithium' ha ha.
Was the spike a result of its interests in lithium? Of course not, it was because there is the possibility of shipping iron in a world with such depressed demand that oil prices went negative for a while. Bully for us, we have a possibility of shipping something for which there will be next to no demand and at prices that will hardly make it worthwhile.

Speculative 'research' perhaps, but that is all the rage. Certainly more likely than a set of numbers concluding with predictions that the s/p will be over 100p soon.

It does look as though some of them are back at work now because during the earliy stages of lockdown this board went eerily quiet. Uncertainty over payment no wonder. Not now they are back and with an enormous amount of detail. It is just as though they were fed the information doesn't it?

My favourites are the ones who tell us they know the board and converse with them personally.
