At the risk of our old mucker DJ growling at me again about charts ..... visual consideration of the AAU SP chart does look as if we may have bottomed out. I'm sure confidence is returning that declines have stopped. Plus gold seems happy above $1800 again.
We started 2021 around 5.15p, so a better performance in 2022 I think (though of course 0.35p of the drop can be explained by the 2021 divi, and divis of 0.175p, possibly 0.35p will be paid in 2022).

No foz, i don't think they will increase. Was just racking my limited brain for any reasons for todays price!
As you say, they would have to pay the same to all - didn't I read somewhere here that any offer to remaining S/Hs would have to be offered to all if before 12 months elapses?
I notice the SP has now sunk back to 68p though not sure if that is a bid or offer.

Can only assume there is a plausible rumour that this bid will be increased to get it over the 90% line, maybe after negotiation with one of the ii's. Alternatively for plausible rumour you may substitute manipulation. Or, possibly, news that 90% is unlikely to be reached and some speculative investors are willing to pay over the odds to get exposure to the lithium market in a 'private' BCN. Anyone got any other ideas?

Ha! To be honest they didn't give me any advice! I had a rather odd question I asked which they could discover the answer to . But I do think you can trust any advice they give you, seemed knowledgeable.

Hi Mangs, as mentioned previously I phoned Link and in the pre recorded preamble I heard that they only deal with Crest and that you need investor number or some other number etc. I nearly hung up but decided to wait until someone answered - and when they did I explained it was a nominee arrangement - they didn't tell me to sling my hook, in fact they were helpful.

A profit for the BOD, but surely there must me more than this in it for them. This bid was inadequate, the price of Lithium/ Lithium products is up by 50% since the bid was first made?

Total 2,991,601, value £2,019,331 plus the attaching ZNWD shares since the options were exercised December 17th. I cant find how much they paid for the options, as a quick search turned up 'page not available' . Convenient. But lets put it this way, the options wouldn't have been exercised if it weren't worthwhile. Guess it beats a brown envelope?

Ok Manj, its just that mine have arrived, assumed that everyone at iWeb would now be credited. Wonder how efficient they will be in crediting the cash. I won't hold my breath!

iWeb have finally credited the ZNWD shares. Whoop, whoop.

Hope you are right, I have bought 3 lots of ZNWD since the fund raise reduced the SP more than I think everyone expected. Just about breaking even at present, if you take the BCN right issue shares at the price they opened at on the day they were transferred to us.
Seem to remember the same happened to BCNs fundraise just before GF bid, ie the SP sank beneath the rights price.

Not much difference, a penny or so if it opens at the closing price from Christmas Eve. To be honest I don't know if they are still trading, have seen some comments about suspension but I accepted so not following closely. Maybe someone else will reply.

Think trading volume will generally be subdued until the New Year.
Not sure how orderly the ZNWD market will be, with lots of new shareholders owning small numbers of shares that they don't necessarily plan to keep. Plus of course a fairly large holding by GF that (arguably) they also probably don't want - unless they would seriously consider a bid, which given likely opposition from the EU seems unlikely. Search me!
Be interesting tomorrow I think, but hard to predict. Lithium prices have continued to increase in China of course over the holiday.
