What does anyone think will happen to the ZNWD SP now that overnight they have had their shareholder base suddenly changed to significantly small PIs?

As suspected. Sorry for anyone who has lost money here, disappointing but I can't help but feel glad this is over now as its dragged on too long.

Just a bit of sparring. Most people we chat to on these boards are just peeps clattering away on keyboards. I have met Van and I have to say he is a top bloke! Wont stop me pulling his leg though.
Re your point, I agree. Even if the rise has not been as stratospheric as some predict, PoG is up 50% over the period that AAU has been a producer. Just seems a bit disappointing that its come off 20%+ from the heights it reached just over a year back.

This topic has been covered here before. If the bid goes through all shareholders will get the ZNWD shares irrespective of whether they voted for (there is no concept of voting against). This is true as the ZNWD shares are in the form of a special dividend - because its a dividend ALL shareholders get it.

Astonished to read the change in the title of BCN shares. It does seem premature as the deal is not yet done, and there is no date to my knowledge for the payments.
It does imply that it is imminent, but to be honest there is so much speculation these days I have given up closely following!

In 2010 I though Musk was certifiably insane and preferred a dour Scotsman with a track record. I didn't think Tesla stood an ice cubes hope and would be swamped by the resources and engineering resources of the global car industry. By comparison Parkmead would be a simple rinse and repeat and a nice little earner for all involved (though thankfully I didn't invest at the time).
Tesla was $5. Now its $1017......... 200 bagger anyone?

If I am reading it right the debt repayments just announced are at a discount (both due to being less than par value and by effectively waiving accrued coupon). But the discount isn't as great as I was maybe expecting, considering bondholders must be concerned about how much they may be forced to receive if the situation deteriorates, particularly in view of the reported ringfencing of net funds demanded by Bluewater and by regulators for decommissioning.
This relatively low discount sets a precedent for any other party wanting to redeem their bonds.

The production projection in 2025 stood out like a sore thumb to me - last years of Kiziltepe production and the first year at Salinbas - have to say I hope the first isn't true (ref your point 4 below) but can't help but doubt the second will happen in that time period. So there could be a bit of a lull around then (my opinion only).
As you say in point 6 this is pretty much the first definite hint at a regular dividend I have heard them make. Very welcome as I have never heard him say anything he didn't mean.
One thing amused me was the 'green' declaration of 0.32 tons of gold per 1oz of CO2. Must make AAU the greenest company on the planet!

I'd suggest that if the good folk on ADVFN are trying to crash the share price with this daft talk about share options, which every single quoted company I know of uses as an incentive for its senior staff, then they may as well carry on . They're succeeding.
Maybe they would be happy if the share price was less than 1.55p now so the directors wouldn't benefit?
