Think we are on the same page despite me being a Christmas grump. Great asset, asset in demand. No money to develop without massive dilution or will simple run out of funds and slip into administration. Hopefully state or EU support for a strategic asset, or a takeover or go forward as a minor partner in a well funded JV. I just want it to happen rather than sit here month in month out with the BoD just reiterating what a good prospect it is but with zero progress. Find a way to get it out of the ground that doesn't wipe us out.

Willowman, unlike our friend DJ I filtered P1D a good 2 years ago specifically because of his infantile and rather creepy smut. I have never regretted it for a day because I've not read a single word of his (for which I am truly grateful).

I think a PI poster trying to influence BP.shareprive by writing deramping posts is a but like King Canute. I don't see why BP should gift any proceeds from Risneft fo Ukraine while the UK government is still trading with Russia.

Email I do share some respect for Sunak, though didn't agree with some of his Covid measures (and their lack of policing leading so easily to fraud), which has led to massive indebtedness for our children to deal with. He suffers lack of credibility with the greater population due to his wealth through his wife. Javid I like though I know others will disagree, between then they are the most financially astute current politicians I am aware of.

With respect I don't think this is a Brexit issue, and I am not a great fan of Jeremy Hunt. i would remind you that Liz Truss, probably our most appalling prime minister this century or last, was a Remainer until she did one of her famous changes of mind. I am truly struggling to see any good personalities/ talent/ integrity in the Tory party. As a lifelong Tory voter since October 1974 I have stated elsewhere, and will state again here, that I would rather spoil my next ballot paper than ever again vote for Conservatives who have shown themselves to be both corrupt and inept. I think we should have taken note, and lessons, from the lack of support for investors in Sirrius Minerals who the Johnson government threw to the dogs - despite the fact that many local (to the project) PIs had pretty much sunk their entire pensions savings in there. I do remain concerned with those nursing heavy losses here which is why I hope support will be given to them to adjust to this situation.

POG would not be in this position had Russia not invaded Ukraine, poured rockets on its cities, industry and power infrastructure and raped its women and children. The West reacted with sanctions which avoided an all out war in which we all would have been either horribly mutilated or simply annihilated due the imbalance of conventional forces and the ego of Putin. Although I agree that their support of private investors is severely lacking you cannot put all the blame on UK governments for confiscation of POG assets.

Hard to know what to say without sounding patronising, which sadly it will almost inevitably will. That is genuinely not my intention.
I posted on here earlier this year after the invasion, dipped my toes in, got a bit singed and exited. I have lost more on others, and also had my successes. So I do know what you are feeling.
You have to come to terms with this, even though it seems, and is, grossly unfair. But you are battling against the establishment, governments and conflicts, and barring a miracle sadly you have to accept the situation. You can vent your spleen at me if you want, but I am concerned for you. You need to start to find a way forward post this fiasco, don't let it consume you further, enjoy the rest of your life even if your circumstances are reduced from what you had hoped. Would always be happy to talk. John

I hesitate to recommend shares because I am not a financial advisor, but put it this way. If I didn't already hold either of the gold mining shares that I occasionally post on then I would be buying them now without hesitation. There is lots to read about them on their own websites, on chat boards and on Youtube. Not saying they will make you rich beyond your wildest dreams but something drastic (such as a collapse in gold price) would need to go wrong to lose money on either

Following my post on Thursday I decided to follow with action and sold my remaining 20k shares first thing Friday.
Just no longer remotely convinced by TC, but in fairness came out £5k to the good so can't moan.
Genuinely hope for persevering investors that this share does eventually prove to be the new Dana everyone hoped for.

Certainly was a 'Gee Wizz' RNS presentation, with bad news concealed well down from the headlines.
Conditions couldn't really be better for Parkmead. If they can't make a profit now they never will. A further drop in oil/ gas price with any resolution of the Ukraine situation and this is history.
This is no Dana, after 12 years it is further proof of the one trick pony theory.

Surprised myself of no mention of charging points being compulsory in UK new builds since June just past. Not actually sure what that means, whether it simply means wiring must be provided for and capped off (rather than an actual home charging installation). I would have thought it was an important growth market.
Even so, with windfall taxes on the like of BP & Shell which can be mitigated by green initiatives I can't help but think Podpoint is the Betamax to the big boys VHS. I may exit here with a loss, simply because I can't really see there is much point in staying,
