I have to say it sums up exactly the dire situation as of now, with very little light left and the end of tunnel, it does mention D4E/refinancing is very possibe, though possibility of a take private bid from Cosmens could put a floor under the share price,...though imho how far will it have to fall before Cosmen make a move if at all?

Did anyone notice in the latest results the balance sheet/NAV has swung from c.£200m/35p per share to minus c.£200m/35p, so now negative shareholder funds, then when you add in the hybrid £500m and projected free cashflows how are they going to put a dent in net debt/covenants.

The fact that it drops most days or flatlines when the market is up it does have the look of drifting lower until next announcement trading/German PTAs.

Comparing different sectors, apples with oranges but the debt metrics/covenants are very similar to Synthomer SYNT and they are in talks with their creditors about possible debt/interest/covenant wavers/refinancing even though they have not breached but are very close to doing so. They have stated no equity raise for now.

WeDriveU Onerous Contract Provisions (£52.4m) for me was out of the blue for me. This and the debt is enabling the shorts to keep a grip of the SP for the time being and the recent SP rise being reversed.

From the RNS 26 Fen 2026:-

'The Group is seeking legal redress with the client to recover the ongoing losses. Any future legal settlement cannot be assumed in the provision calculation. The process is expected to take 18 to 24 months and WeDriveU will continue to be committed to delivering services during this time. £4.5m of the provision was utilised as of 31 December 2025.,

What disappointed me was that that prior to the results on 26 Feb they were claiming that covenant net debt would drop to 2.5x from 3x when the NASB proceeds were included,..and it only dropped to 2.7x. I think previously (old board) they have said they wanted it to be c.1.5-1.7x so there is a lot of work, enormous task still to do.

FWIW Investors Chronicle 27 Feb, have said it's a 'Sell' based on the debt still be too high

No, actually those short increasing were updated on the 27th Friday, and were increased on the 26th results day.

The date against the shorts changes is actually the date they were taken out.

Three of them appear to have increased according to this site yesterday by a total c.1.8m

Must be due some profit taking, interesting to see what the shorts decide to do.

Sold 50% my holding today, probably ran up too fast too soon for now, everyman and his dog has been piling in the last two days, probably get buyer exhaustion/fatigue though I could be wrong

Previously they were targeting x2.5, come in at x2.7, and expected to jump above x3 with the 15 months anouncement to come in March with more cash going out because of interest/debt payment timings, still sound they are juggling a lot of financial balls, far from out of the woods,..Can't knock the SP rise today so have taken some shares off the table in case of SP pull back.

SYNT,... it's no laughting matter it could very easily happen here if ALSA has a slow down, Uk doesn't pick up, is Germany still loss making until the agreement is signed on the dotted line, when it is signed will it start immediately or at year end?

Arrow sold another 600k short yesterday they are really going for it since Dec 2025, results will tell if the know anything.

Paddy the year ended FY2025 is going to be another sh*t storm, going forward who knows but the PTA agreement is not in place for another 6 months at best. I've given being positive to the upside until they can clearly demonstrate they are doing so.
