We should have it in black and white shortly..... at the very least, with such a negative slant on what we have been told so far, you should be pleasantly surprised.
Me I'm expecting a 9 to 10 year INITIAL life of mine based upon 2 to 3 years of DFS followed by 6 to 7 with a flotation circuit added..... I think there is scope for me getting what im expecting and you being over the moon.......

Truth InI.... I really hope they issue the FS before any cash raise.... maybe it wont do much as some think.... but better to have it first ... it makes no sense to ask people or institutions to buy into a company value JUST before you issue a professionally produced Feasibility Study that offers an increased certainty to that valuation. To me it would beggar belief..... also, have they sold the held shares yet? Surely these would be sold before a further raise.

Not entirely true Daz.... the oxidized aluminium anode can be recharged and reused... an Israeli company are also developing this.... the video below was in 2014, when they had a prototype driving around.
Must be some reason why it hasnt been developed more..... I dont buy the conspiracy theory bull from the Daily Mail.....

BiB.... it has to be the LOM..... so the economics will include flotation after 3 years. There can be no doubt of that.

Good article Daz... particularly the energy densities....

Feasibility study will show how much of the ore in the ground can be economically extracted and sold... hopefully giving enough support to the idea that a pound spent to develop the asset will be guaranteed to make money, that we will be able to secure funding for the project.
If the project isnt funded.... the ore stays in the ground and we all lose money..... unless you have Harry Potters number and you can ask him to whip up an "axio lithium" spell....

Seems to be one of the possible ways to improve range in EVs but maintain performance.... build batteries for better energy density and add supercapacitors to cover the power bursts....

It would be great in the long run if this was developed. I wonder whether Samsung are watching this wrt their prototype Graphene powered phone they are talking about for 2022.
Bit of a misquote from the article though SlowRoll. Its a thousand times cheaper than Graphene not lithium. Also not explicitly overall 8 times better than lithium but only on one measure (he didnt get around to confirming what the active portion in the lithium button cell is - could just be whatever the manufacturer considers he can get away with). If that sound like im being dismissive, im not. I think this looks great It does look like it has a lot of potential.

You said jurisdiction.... which means the legal framework you operate in.... I'm guessing from your response you actually meant that you think that nobody will forward buy from a mine in the region of West Africa..... which may be right..... just different from the words you used.
Dont look for conflict where there is none.....

I didnt know that Daz, and first time anyone has suggested there is a legal reason that prevents forward selling in Mali.... (and the idea has been floated on a number of occasions).
That would be a real shame, but just one funding option ruled out.
Out of interest, where is this stated? Is it in the new mining code or is it in the Malian statute?

I think you posted Joe Lowrys price discrepancy analysis a few months ago (I reread it following Alans post yesterday) ... was good to be reminded of one of the reasons why I was so sure that quality is going to be one of the biggest differentiators for Kodal (certainly for our current resource)....

I can only see bearish Morgan Stanley notes still but the most recent on my search list includes this.
S&P Global Market Intelligence highlights the following from MS:
"Morgan Stanley cut its target price for Albemarle's stock to US$85 per share from US$100 per share but raised SQM's target price to US$44 per share from US$32.50 per share, with analyst Javier Martinez de Olcoz Cerdan referring to the company as the world's best-quality lithium player."

Everything is pointing to "Quality is King" .... lets hope our low impurity resource is what the market wants.....

Come on James...all he has done is feedback some info from the agm and then stated his position.... and whether this share succeeds or fails, he has certainly obtained a better entry price than most of us....
