If you have a nice field and you manage to get it rezoned as residential that's x5 on the value.... if you manage to get outline planning permission that another x5..... if you get Architect drawings and service the site there's more multiples to be had......

Each time to move it to the next step its on the basis of you building a house..... even if you have no intention of building one yourself.

The more up front work XTR do to Bushranger and getting it to the Open Pit will add $$$ to the eventual payout.

Colin specifically stated the first assays would be returning from the lab mid September. This statement was made I believe in response to a number of comments requesting clarification of dates. I do agree that a couple of weeks slip is nothing, especially with our knowledge of how busy the sector is ...... but that does mean this week.

After such a good communication week last week, I am hoping the first assays to drop this week....

The important thing to focus on imo, is that once the first results land, there should be more assay result landing approximately 8-10 days apart.

Getting close to the month end.... im guessing the lack of Jaganda specific news flow is that they have their heads down, working hard to get the DFS out.

I was watching the video Luis made of the propect area the other week and I was thinking that with the exploitation permit in place, this video could be made again to show the site preparation work. Even the same areas but showing clearing work would be a good reinforcement of the scale and imminent nature of this project.

When they have a chance to take a breath once the DFS is issued of course.

Good point Lucky.... it will make deeper OP more economic, however I dont know what is considered a sensible cut off.

Funny thing is .... that big zone to the SE doesnt include the IP signature that spurts off to the east. If the SE area is bigger than racecourse, what adjective should we be using to describe all three areas? And should we thinking up Superlatives for when we get some drilling done at Footrot?

There is up to 12k metres of drilling to follow on from this current approved 8k of drilling. Im just suggesting that it would be pleasing to me to know if the plan is to consolidate and wait for some assay results before setting remaining drill targets (based on more knowledge of what is there) ..... the drilling plans need to be approved so im just interested.

Im sure Colin and the Team have a plan ....wondered if they would share it.

I agree, it would be a good confirmation if we could be told that the next targets for phase 2 were identified and being applied for..... or alternatively if they are waiting on some assay results before progressing with those targets.

Colin.... a note for your podcast later - mention the plan for the next tranch of Phase 2 holes..... is the plan submitted or are you waiting for some assay results first?

Is hole 17 in line with that North East expansion that looked to be the same size as the existing one when looking at the IP survey results? If so I cant wait for those assay results to come back..... and 14..... exactly what we needed to see.

He doesnt need to set hard dates triki.... in fact he can caveat anything he says imo, but at least if he lays out a plan we can make out own judgement.

Anyway, with the tailwind of the Lithium price jump, im sure the dip will be shortlived.

But also this gives an opportunity to grab some of the investor money that will be flowing into Lithium stocks in the next period on the back of that.

Wouldn't be drawn on timescales in that interview. I would have liked at least an estimate of timescales, even if heavily caveated at this stage.
"This time next year?" was a question that required a set of near term goals to be listed, while the answer was more - we will make best endeavors.

Colin, we know you read the chatboards, so can you request some new pictures be emailed for the website please? There must be so much to potentially show us from Manica, Guy Fawkes etc.... Im getting excited with the prospect of Manica Hard Rock producing and Guy Fawkes exceeding expectations that I feel a few photos of the progress would be ideal..... and no more than we deserve ..... If you want to tell me the contractors mailing address ill post them a little digi camera if thats what is missing.

Dibs61.... You have to add to that the comment from the podcast. They have sections that are production ready based upon mining and transporting to a local refiner.

They just have to get on with it.

Not a sensitivity analysis no.... but the PEA with its >300% IRR was based upon a chinese spot price of only $130/tonne (Platts projected average).

Im not concerned, but it will be interesting if the recent spike and dip changes Platts numbers.

Dunno Blackfish.... buys heavily weighted against sells but most of the trades made in the morning. I think a number of people just thought they'd add before the end of 1st week in September and did so early on...

Have to say it got me thinking we were onto a move up BEFORE the DFS.
