I'm with you Andrew on the confidence of 20p.... im practically on a free share now so can be less concerned with getting future slices right.... but at the end of phase 1 I had set 12p as my next slice.... but im up closer to 20p with that now..... assay results from holes 14 and 17 are the really important near term ones for me and will define where we stick the final holes in phase 2 campaign....

I dont tend to follow technical analysis but when it is being this positive about a share im in I at least let it put a smile on my friday face. GLA.

I dont think my type of trading has any bearing on my wish to know some more details on the DFS being pushed back. Im just interested to know. Much as waking up to a surprising share price rocket is exciting, id much prefer to know it was coming.

Anyway, perhaps we will get an update with some other news in the meantime.

You might be right Steve, but back in June (according to Colin) Xtr submitted the plan for the first 8000m and received approval for it before starting drilling.

Of course if the plan is just # holes, overall depth limit, general area of drilling, total number of meters and not specific locations, directions etc.... then maybe the plan covered much more than what has already been done.

I really dont know.

If the Holes 20 and 21 are started and they weren't in the original plan, maybe that means approval was already obtained for another tranche of drilling locations.

Because they will be be planning the next holes based upon the findings of these holes. To make the best use of the drilling, because they will be concluding this with an updated JORC. This has been stated on a number of occasions.

In the last interview last week Colin suggested they would "Catch their breath" and decide where to go with the drilling, so a valid question and one which im sure someone will raise on the Colin Bird Evening, is how long is this breath? is it to assess some or all of the assays? Or is it just to assess the cores, in which case they might have the plan for the next 8000m already mapped out.

In discussions did you get a feel for these "extra" studies required for the DFS? Since the wording of the announcement didnt add detail, i'm now expecting to wait until Christmas for the DFS. If of course the additional studies were ones kicked off over a month ago and they just haven't been delivered upon yet (but are imminent), then these could be "anytime" and the excitement I was approaching the end of September with could maybe continue for a while.

Obviously im only looking for shades of your chats, im not expected a signed declaration.

No RNS, so maybe this is PIs who have been having a ponder over the weekend and decided on topping up.

Imo infill drilling will only be done by xtract on the proportion of the open pit they want to base their decision to mine on....

Of course it might extend past this depending on how negotiations are going but that is my initial feeling.

Your realism on Colin's timescales is usually proved correct. This time however the Manica project progress is being separately communicated via Empress and they are expecting revenue this quarter (yes this quarter i double checked the calendar). I tend to be believing of them as they seem to be under promising on their earlier revenue projects.
Also on Guy fawkes.... someone can confirm my recollection but im sure I heard him refer to (in one of the podcasts/interviews) the contractors as being in production. This would be supported by the knowledge that they have been at the coal face (so to speak) for a couple of months now.....
On Eureka..... much as it also seems nailed on this quarter (I have an image of a line of trucks being filled up as we speak).... you are right and past experience would suggest that we shouldn't count this until we see it.

So im supportive of your caution but I think on this one occasion you will be proved wrong.... (I HOPE) GLA

Nothing to suggest that this delay is significant and the results are good, so no way there should be a big drop in SP imo.

hopefully there will be a follow up ... maybe on twitter just to fill in the shading on the final bits of work that have pushed the DFS into Q4.

Hole 17 for me is probing the large spurt to the east that showed up on the scans.
If it proves to have something, then the scans would suggest it's a big contribution.... 6 to8 weeks to find out though

In fairness to Colin.... the presented messed him up first..... I think he originally said 1800billion....
