Good Point Iceberg..... I dont think they really mentioned the large extrusion to the east at all..... most mention was given to the NorthWest and South East, where they had overlaid their planned drills. (If the planned drills shown in orange only represent the 8000m of the currently approved drilling, then perhaps they will tackle the eastern promise in the next batch).

Looking back over the IP scans from the last presentation and RNS and that area to the east looks as big (plan view) as the areas discussed in yesterdays podcast.

I cant wait until september when we start getting assay results back .....exciting times again.

Lets see if there are any new buyers at opening bell....... fingers crossed.

I was the same when I first saw the RNS yesterday eastern..... but the podcast clarified (I think) that it had been intended to demonstrate how much of the Mine Costs could be Justified by the existing JORC. i.e. to demonstrate that everything else can be considered on a marginal operating basis.

That does make me laugh... by definition Bushranger is a much .... much .... much bigger cash drain than anything in Africa.... and is unlikely to give us ANY cashflow in the next 6 months. But thats the exploration game.

I would go so far as to say..... when the money from the last raise runs out at the end of this drilling campaign and we are looking to get Bushranger over the line, it will be African revenue that prevents our current investment from being unnecessarily diluted.

Thats more than just my opinion...... Empress are also expecting African revenues to begin rolling by year end. GLA

and ... now 5 to 6 weeks to turn around assays..... and they reckon every 1 to 2 weeks they will be reporting results to us..... so from the first week or so of september when the first assays might be released we can expect a steady release of results every 1 to 2 weeks through until the end of the year.

Podcast is a stonker imo.

The RNS could have had a few more words to allude to this, but maybe it was just easier to relay this great information in the presentation.

That is how I read this Andrew.... however im kicking myself at not realising this would be the outcome of basing it on the current JORC.....

This just shows the basis for AA previously walking away from this resource based on the original JORC...... If they did the analyis then and identified they werent making money until copper prices reached $5/lb it is no surprise they walked away.

As JDAU says however, this analysis doesnt include anything that cause excitement in the company over the past 7 months.....

The question is (with hindsight), why did we bother doing this assessment if it was only based on the existing JORC..... surely it was always going to disappoint and drop the shareprice.
Im sure there is a saying around doing the same thing over again and expecting a different answer.

Sorry Steve, seen too many machinations of AIM companies to think that any rules on releasing info are enforced.
We will hear about progress when Xtract want us to know about it. I just happen to think that we will get reasonably frequent RNS's. But im not expecting news flow to be policed by AIM. I dont think that you are either.

Personally I think with the amount of drilling going on, a minimum of roughly a fortnight between RNSs would not be rude.... that could be reporting on 1500 to 2500m of drilling at an one time, and depending how they plan it and how the holes are geographically positioned, each RNS could also give us lots to talk about wrt the potential.

Add to that the fact that there are meaty bits of information they really SHOULD get out to us such as drill plans and Open Pit Review and I would say that going much beyond 2 weeks would be too long......

That said, I would have bet money on a friday RNS this week...... lets see where we are by COB

Drilling plan for the first 8000m (that they have approval for)

All these could start falling any time, so I cant see the sense in selling right now.

Add to this the potential for news to come out of Africa ......... Used to think there was nowt as strange as folks..... but now I think its more like nowt as strange as AIM.

Howezap, I think he was referring to some of the historic drills. I.e. we have what makes up the JORC, but there were other drills previous to that that Xtract are using as guidance but that need to be overlayed in our next phase of drilling to allow their results to be included. I would be surprised if its any of the AA drills but there have been others

Interested to know how others viewed that.... as I certainly didn't take it negatively.

Fosters, I'm hoping with an RNS today or Monday to confirm drilling has started, followed by a positive description of mineralisation (hopefully) from the first 2 drills to set the scene for forward momentum, that this starts to climb significantly again..... hopefully it stays ahead of a certain Lithium play I back heeled last year....lol

I doubt there will be one type of battery used across the entire VW range, so this doesnt necessarily affect the existing VW/cez.

Also, someone might know the detail of this and correct me, but i would be surprised, with all that is at stake here, if cez and most of the new processes in Europe and America, that are playing catchup to Korea and China, dont buy at least some of the IP licences from the existing players.

Remember the flow of IP across all industries has been predominantly West to East for the majority of the last century..... it should be no surprise that when China have the IP advantage that we are pushed back to having to buy some of that off them.

I'm not an expert, but I don't think you get buttons for chargeability alone. Drilling is needed.

It's confirmation that footrot is to be included in the phase 2 drilling.... that's what we hoped for....

Ambassador with these Ferrero Roche you are really spoiling us.

Footrot Survey gives similar signals to racecourse.... park for drilling later in phase 2 to confirm the mineralisation.
