Probably never know but with that much cash in the share, they must have been aware that putting a stop loss here is not wise - or at least dangerous [ unless they are happy with that price of course ] Could be someone who thinks the markets generally are going to worsen. Could be warrants!!

Only 500k converted of the 20p warrants. The rest were 32.2p ones. Another was US�8. Are there 3 sets of warrants?

Business ain't nice when it smells blood - I bet the AMP bod have to regularly change their underwear. If they did a placing, we would rocket but the existing AMP shareholders would lose alot. No increase in IG shorts anyway

Ivy. First you say your not surprised cause of his flakiness in staying with cos and then could be personal reasons. The point is with that high job turnover; why was he taken on at such a pivotal time given such a propensity? Judgement etc - you know how the world works. And with no reason given, theories are bound to cast negatively - human nature. Can’t do deals? Disagreement as to how to progress ? Inability to source low cost funds ? Etc etc Re privacy- the bod must know, quite why the owners are precluded from knowing is another failing. That said I’m bloody sure the big holders know. That said , best he goes now when the price is low. but I’m somewhat surprised as to why you are totally relaxed about this as your posts seem to suggest your on the bod. - your understanding for example. If so, is he divested of his options?

His 5 x 18 months itch should have been picked up then during head hunting stage. It stands out a mile re commitment What happens to his options; lapsed I assume? There’s another part. How many has got / has left at what price. They’ll be forwarded. Takes a bit of time for new management to regain trust esp if still got some old . Beginning to appreciate the reaction today; should cut all ties with the past management to clear the decks. Not doing so raises questions. Doesn’t matter how good your business is. Well initially, if what Pete says happened and he’s the FD, to the outsider it looks like he’s trying to drive the co into the ground. We all know cash is king so these actions esp the cash/ share mix up, almost looks deliberate or at best total and utter incompetence. So I can understand the sp drop - maybe the agm attendees can shed some light on it. But I’m caveating this post as I know bugger all about the co atm

It is a bit but as the co is about products and we have had 100% positive posts on that, this middle bit is just noise. Keep em in your sipp and switch off imo TBH, its too difficult to trade at this level cause none of us know what/ who/when the game plan is etc. Better to be in when it all finishes than out!

they have enough cash to June at same burn rate. Anyone know of extra costs to get the trial going?
