CL holders always forward sell before the RNS I’m afriad. Dunno how they manage it - same as placings- that’s why if you follow the trading you can tell. Totally unsquare book and something’s coming. Re using nominal, that’s the point; it’s slipped in as being of no consequence but we can’t agree what it means- what does nominal mean; it can’t be a rough guess- conversion and selling is precise . The only legal ref to nominal relates to the nom val of the shares. What we do know is that they are forward selling £1.5m worth of shares - prices from 1.8 to 0.8p. Looking at vols and mean prices , it’s not far off.

( and that’s assuming all notes converted ) Warrants are 125pc of the conversion price. If around here , then 1p - 50m warrants. There are no real restrictions, see the 5pc nominal clause. Main fear is if more spreadex / Etx sales but not reported, in which case more to go. ( they won’t be selling at this level) But again, depends on how many notes. As I posted, I reckon they are nearly done but on this one it’s inposs to pinpoint till the book changes for more than 30 mins.

holder I would get onto the FSA now and say that the warrant clause is unfairly prejudcial to the interest of minorities - and maybe chuck in the BOD have breached their fiducary duty to shareholders by contracting such a clause that is diametrically opposed to the interests of all existing holders. Had me fooled until I dissected later as on the face of it , appeared better than Darin - until the nominal and warrants are exposed.
