Nothing has been converted. No speculation.
Due to the terms, no wonder it’s easily available money.
What you don’t factor in is the appalling business acumen this deal shows.
At this price and assuming no further drawdowns, there is a medium term investment case to be made. But this deal has tarnished the bod, the nomad, the parent company and of course Bedsit. There’s a wall of less than 1p warrants to absorb at some time which will linger .
It’s a 10 pc recovery play with risks until real contract news with margins is revealed. And in the meantime the real financial position of the co and it’s parent are concerns given the avenue taken and apparent holding co being willing to give up 50.2pc control for £1.5m.
Gotta ask these questions
