Agree re advisors totally. But it wasn’t that complex an agreement ( or long) and it was fairly fundamental to the future of the co. They must have picked up the adverse warrant clause surely? I don’t think they read it assuming it was ok. We will never know though but either way it’s poor to say the least. Not irretrievable though but defo some pain along the way unless bedsit gets a conscience!!

( per rns) normal peeps would be surprised if it hadn’t of tanked . I assume you have read the details? Finance is more impt than the business prospects atm so it’s not a no brainer, but you could make money depending on the management

Dunno why the shareholders don't take action against Northlands - clear case of negligence if not worse. Yes it costs upfront but make a differnence - to that extent I agree a group acting as one has a chance.

I'm seeing 0.37% on IG. Frankly, why bother with Nasdaq quotes - never any volume. I'm calling here the bottom - no 32p warrant pressure and 20p ones v unlikely.. Opened a nice Dec 18 position so I hope I'm right.

if this was the case, why on earth issue todays RNS - its a gift for Bedsit as can be seen by the bid. - just wait for good news. There doesn't appear a need to issue one atm so why be so proactive - I hardly see Northland pushing for one - makes them look even more negligent. Maybe the BOD is just thick.

No denying its possible - prefer a RNS though. That would make Bedsits position even better - opportunist deal of the year.

Bedsit has just told the BOD to f.. off, I want me shares and warrants currently at 0.4p - all 550m of 'em RNS says they want more money on top of bedsits to get anything going- quite alot - so how are they going to raise that with bedsit as a benchmark? The last para is some tosh about debtors - acc to accounts they have bugger all & I can't see any new ones with no revenue. What a pointless paragraph. The bod haven't shot themselves in the foot - they have shot themselves in the head.

quite - and they have just given Bedsit even more shares and warrants. Silence would have been a plan. If they had any money, I'd sue Northlands - seriously. Still - not as bad as QFI. - stay in cash gents for a while.

Not very encouraging short term . Bedsit doesn’t appear to be playing ball either.
