Buy after reading the CL terms is my advice ( work out the dilution now the closing bids down to 0.55 plus warrant dilution) or if u think news is round the corner. Otherwise, steer clear of such views , they are plain dishonest to state without such big caveats. I do sympathise with holders and esp Jarv whose kept dignity during a very painful time - very unlucky to be hit with the maddest CL to date.

Oversold is valid with a fixed amount of shares and with , as you say, news which needs margin indications. It’s not oversold when supply is unknown and clearly being increased. Witness the bid drop today on nothing.

1708 trades are usually the counterpart trade to derivative buys. So in a way double counting but very good. Try toting up trades and u should get there.

I am struggling to think of a more poorly conceived way to raise funds that wouldn't put someone in prison. You will struggle be because there hasn't been one to date. Bedsit can decline to accept another issue if below 1p - but why would he? You need someone to gobble up alot of shares in one go cause atm, the vol is crap - reflecting the sorry state. 30p seems to be the worst case price now. Rises seem to be tempered by 32p warrants conversions - just enough to keep a lid upwards. Only dark bit is if the 20p warrants get bored. For some reason, IG shorts up to 7% - must be bonkers. Have we still got the 2m out on loan by Ariva?

How can the warrants be secured??? Its the SCLs that are secured - hence a specific date for their either repayment or conversion.. And if Bedsit haven;t started converting,[ but the price action was classic forward selling] then there;s a whole new world of hurt coming. Already said last week Alt are secured and not due till 2020. Also mentioned their warrants [currently out of the money] No one has said Bedsit is illegal - just strange you would use a recently dormant co. when there are so many more competitive and well known providers. Not helped by Beaufort owning 7% of Northlands. Anyway, I'm out so I'll leave it to the holders.
