Jarv, £1.5m is a massive cloud in terms of the current financial position of the co - being 550m shares likely to go to bedsit. It’s all about how he’s dealt with. Sort him out and skies are bluer. Santana. How it plays out is anyone’s guess I’m afraid

They haven't converted yet. You have to distinguish issuing with conversion. They couldn't issue anymore if the sp under 1p. They can convert as below. As it stands they can convert �1.5m at 0.4p [the lowest closing bid] and then have 1 warrant for every 2 shares issue at 125% of 0.4p. So if they convert its 550m shares and warrants.

The Company can also elect to redeem at any time one or more Loan Notes at a price equal to 105 per cent. of the par value of such Loan Notes, subject to giving the Investor 10 business days' notice, following which the Investor will have the ability to convert some or all of these Loan Notes instead.

Cheers. your not bonkers as long as your not over exposed and as you appear, an investor. As long as it doesn't fold which is unlikely given the prospects and industry, you've had most of the pain already but it may take some time. You never know, Bedsit may be a sticky holder - I would be if I were him but we know nothing about him apart from being a persuasive bugger to get the BOD signed up so who knows? Think I'll upgrade him from bedsit boy to mansion man!

He could borrow but with his CL, he's awash with stock potential already - and a placee would be shooting himself in the foot sp wise for little revenue benefit - plus we ain't had the volume.. Trouts theory is a bit knackered I fear: - can't seem to access RNS atm but the killer bit is at the end about converting if repayment offered. The only way out of this �1.5m rip off is to negotiate your way out of it but that seems to have ceased.
