Yes, but their annaul interest is crippling now.- its more than their mcap. They hadn't enough funds to pay their 25% of the final ipo costs of m2m - and datatern suspended as no cash. They have gone on record that they need funds. We know the lenders are knocking on the door - they need a placing asap but dilution will be large.[or extensions] Today does nothing to address this crunch.

Possibly but we have AMP hanging over us precariously. They have no funds to proceed with m2m, no funds for data - so case suspended - $31m debt and annual interest costs way more than their mcap. From our point of view we want them to do a placing - but at 1p the directors dilution would be horrendous. - 500m shares just for �5m - game over for the directors. Or of course, grovel to their lenders. The US does not treat wounded cos well - its vicious.. Good news is that it has to be resolved by mid Jan, then blue skies. This year it looks like a bit up bit down from here with one big shake to signify the bottom around the above date. But this is a guess and the price here is difficult to complain about - this is one just to chill and wait.- in the meantime, try and work out WTF bitcoin is about!! Block technology - clear as mud to me.

yep, bit of a conflict. Its not going to impair MTFB so long term nothing to worry about - just one of those things you don't take into account when making an investment decision - like many others - fully loaded really unless it gets silly.

Well, AMPs latest RNS hasn't helped at all - they need funds to raise funds- I mean why not just keep quiet - or even better - don't give the market specific times in the first instance - what are their bankers / finance creditors going to make of that? US$31m of debt - even with their MTFB holdings, net debt of US$15m odd. Even their interest pa is way more than their mcap. A mess is an understatement -.until they sort something out there is a cloud hanging over their 14.1% That said, without AMP, there wouldn't have been a MTFB
