There is a lot of talk about bringing new life to the high street, perhaps new businesses opening should have no rates to pay for 3-5 years, even rent free. The benefits to a town of a bright vibrant MTRO must be of immense value, encouraging other retail to come/stay.

Apart from MTRO the banks are down suggesting a Brexit impact. It could be the moment the markets favourably rerate our bank, "being positive".

When you have a break even point of 250/300 with MTRO the threat from TO becomes more of an opportunity for a quick profit, however the business staying independent is also exciting IMHO.

MrNation whilst I cannot see £40 anytime soon, I would be happy to hold long term say 5 years or more and see a rise to 300 by end of this year and move on from there with a div idc. Talk of TO suits those wanting a quick profit but I would like MTRO to evolve whilst giving capital growth and rising income.

sw10000 just looked again on the MTRO store locator and Liverpool still shown as 'opening soon'; the marketing/publicity guys for MTRO need to get their act together it would seem.
