Rights issue at £4, what does that mean for todays ....31 Jan 2020 13:27
The RI is covered but it does mean more shares in circulation, and those new shares will have been bought at a lower price, what does that mean for LTI in the short term?
Can I ask a question re the short positions, the message is that they borrow the shares, sell them to buy back at a later date for a lower price etc. However could they borrow them but delay the sell. This could mean they show up as shorted i.e. borrowed to 'concern' PI's but the shorters bide their time to sell when the market is dropping so exaggerating the fall/panic allowing them a greater margin of profit. Conversely whilst they hold the shares but don't sell into the market they have only to cover the low interest on the borrowing. Please clarify for me.
Coronavirus, suggest taking a look at BBC website this morning as it shows at a glance how the virus is spreading throughout mainland china with nearly 200 deaths DYOR.
Maucha, if you believe that you may have made a mistake selling then buy back in to join the party, of course your decision, however the omens are promising IMHO
