Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Yes GROC has dropped but for me you have to consider why and what it might mean in the medium term. There are now more GROC shares in the market place and if they are in demand they will rise in value, conversely if not the demand they drop.
GROC is progressing well as the RNS shows so if you were considering an investment in say the last week then GROC looks an even better prospect now. A stronger buy today than last week. The Norwegians know what they are doing.
Oh I did suggest not to look at the bb over the weekend, you ignored my advice and created an environment for the little green man. You have yourself to blame. JJ
Ocado are going to give you a voucher to spend within 21 days. Two items I regularly buy are in the scheme but Ocado charge 10% more than Tesco so it means that I get a voucher when I would prefer to simply see the price be matched. I want to use Ocado as it saves a round trip of 10 miles to Tesco and I can make the order at a time to suit me. The voucher idea is an old fashioned solution in this digital age. JJ
Good writes like a young person who gave up on his education. I don't believe that English is not his first language, he is simply hiding behind that. He has never shown any real understanding of ALBA but would have us believe we are wrong to want any element of diversification i.e. gold mining, HH, etc.. The times of the day that he writes e.g. the early hours of the morning suggest that he might be a night worker with little to do or someone who can't sleep. I'm not convinced that he is paid to post here, as annoying others is not likely to produce a meaningful outcome. You will see him vanish when the gold gets sold but in the meantime you have the filter option. If all on this board used that then it would transform the bb. JJ
From what I can see the markets have not yet taken a view on todays RNS, bank shares generally are showing red. It looks likely that another rate rise will be needed to move this up nearer 160. It is still possible that someone will come in with an offer. Remain patient but the truth is that your money might be better invested elsewhere.
For my own reasons I'm holding still. JJ
Probably not but still arguing for GROC that he did not buy and suggesting a conspiracy is operating.
Perhaps he is researching daffodils, no of course not as research is his achilles heel. JJ
wokinpark, you answered your own questions; Odey will be betting the results are not good enough and the words from Dan will prove of little comfort. Fingers crossed Odey has got it seriously wrong this time. Thursday 7am will be coffee time and RNS clarification. JJ
We are pretty clear that we will see the expected div with a tiny bit extra which will be an excellent yield. But in the current climate I would not expect this to continue rise into the results, could some sort of deal be happening. Are we going to see a sale of a bit of the business that does not sit well with the bods current aims? Could there be talk of a special div? JJ
The longer we wait the more likely it is that the share will drift lower. As some will say that is an opportunity to buy provided you believe the good news will come in due course. This is high risk but may give high reward for the investors who bought in the last 12 months. My investment in VAST has been a mini disaster but I hope many will gain from my awful experience. For some this is the start of Spring and it might prove to be the rebirth of VAST.
Good luck. JJ
GROC for all of the money you have in ALBA and then you wouldn't have the worry of a flooded gold mine and a small oil producer. But no, of course you don't want to hold GROC because you realise that the gold mine might produce in '23 and GROC could take much longer to generate any money. You won't admit it but you know the bod are right to spread their business interests. Keep up the work of annoying this bb. Most posters now have you on filter, the green is pleasant and relaxing. Oh by the way you seemed interested in my cycling, 'finished February with a total of 502 miles. Have fun. JJ
Cyber you have only to look at the rise in the share price over 12 months, prior to that it was awful. If you are right we will be nearer to £1 by the end of '23 but I expect us to be close to £2. Time will tell; all the best. JJ
