Very large trade at 1708 (110,000 shares). Almost as big as the UT and at a similar price so not sure whether that was a buy or a sell.

Guess tomorrow’s morning price will let us work it out.

GG has been asked for proof of Ch 11 for years - nil response.

The other one has just banged on about an ARO sinking fund which is not required by state or federal law and certainly not by anyone who knows how to run a business.

Given that over 8% of stock is shorted I doubt two socially inept parrots have much impact on shorting. Similarly I doubt the views of folk on here (even the sensible ones) has an impact on share price.

Whilst I admire your patience and attempts to convince the filtered twins that there is a possibility that they are wrong, I’m afraid you’re wasting your time.

Many posters have provided evidence to counter their claims or to back up an alternative point of view. However, they are obsessed with AROs or Chapter 11 and no amount of facts, logic or evidence will cut through their conspiracy theory negativity. They’re both on a self imposed crusade to save DEC shareholders - but failing to provide any evidence!

Do, by all means, continue to explain your rationale for investing - but I’m afraid direct responses to those two waste time, clutter the board and encourage their moronic, obsessive, repetitive behaviour.

Concur on the acres.

In print and during presentations DEC have continually said that all deals are valued on PDP assets alone - everything else is a free opportunity. Given that approach, it makes sense not to include them in accounts.

Plus I guess selling land dotted with or near to working gas fields is hugely variable so attributing a true value virtually near impossible til a sale completes. - They are worth something though.

On the basis no-one knows what Israel or Iran (or proxies) are going to do next what would you like them to say? It’s a dangerous time in a dangerous place??

However, even using Eastern gas prices (increasing) and pipeline constraints (more capacity added and more planned) and even with transport costs, the picture looks to be improving rather than deteriorating.

If production in the area levels off (or reduces) presumably this will lead to less demand for transport out of area and hence stable or even reduced pipeline costs.

DEC strategy is to focus new acquisitions away from this area - whilst recognising that production and well closures will continue for decades.

Hopefully people are pointing out credibility issues and Rusty is seeing the impact on his personal holding!!

Interesting call 6 weeks before next financials and as HH futures are creeping up.

Looking up today - 6 filtered posts since 1200 - share price bound to rise this PM.

Terry - I didn't say they were accretive or the best use of cash / debt.

I carefully said Dec said they were - which is a fact - they did say that repeatedly (and they most likely are correct).

Also a fact is that BBs would NOT have increased output, FCF or reserves.

We'll never know whether they would have had much of an impact on SP or not (there are so many variables this is never proven) - though I accept they would have saved on dividends.
