Simms, meanwhile back at reality let's take a look at EQT reported figures as of Sep 24 for 2024 H1.
In Sep 24 they received £1.1Mn from the placing (not the £2.5Mn you keep citing). This is bullet 7 of financial highlights!
They did also have an earlier capital raise of £0.85Mn earlier in the period (bullet 5).
Revenue for the 6 months was 1.45Mn euros - note the currency change to confuse things.
However, they lost 3.19 Mn euros the same period - including 1.55 Mn euros just on debt repayment! Some of this was non-recurring but they don't say how much.
So, assuming similar revenues and expenditure for 2nd half of 2024 (no evidence to suggest anything different) then once again their cashflow is screwed pretty quickly.
Unless of course you don't work on the information provided by EQT in their RNS releases and prefer the magic money tree / blind optimism approach to company valuations.
