Think LWHL and Rick have hit the key point in the short term, staff retention.
No bonuses, holdings in share schemes decimated, pay rises in next few years unlikely, BoD seemingly unaccountable for abject failure, potential takeover looming….
I’ve been in the contracting world for many years- the good ones will soon find someone else to take them in; or, so many will leave that WG will be forced to hire contractors to replace key staff to meet project commitments.
Ask yourself, if I was good at my job why would I not be looking elsewhere rather than staying in WG with little hope of improved position in next few years?
