However us less patient investors see other opportunities where there is the chance of capital gains and dividends whilst Molten SP snoozes or falls.

Questions are:

Where is the bottom for a top up / average down?

What is the timescale for any rewards?

Not sure that motivation of workers is a Govt responsibility.

Surely any company employees (civil service excepted) can either do what they’re told or be replaced.

Civil servants can obviously continue minimal productivity from home whilst watching homes under the hammer in their pyjamas without any consequence and with a big pension to look forward to.

Also think the cost of getting to work is down to the individual - not something tax payers outside London should contribute to.

It’s all going great behind the scenes, no need to look at cashflow it’ll all be fine next Quarter and share price will rise so market cap hits 30 million.

Any share with a decent dividend seems to lose more in capital than you gain in dividends recently.

Looking like you can get 5/6% at fixed rate without any risk or loss of capital.

No-one seems to value UK dividend payers (HSBA and IAG my only exceptions); Aviva, Phoenix, Tesco, Vodaphone, Lloyds etc all down.
