Agreed SW - I have always been an advocate of Robbie's and I hope that the incredible turn around that we are currently witnessing will persuade the market that he and the company can deliver on their strategic objectives. The funding will certainly give an independent industry endorsement of their capabilities if it is a forward gold selling arrangement as we anticipate.

You make an important point Zan on TZ - this is fast tracking beyond my wildest dreams. The alternative to a JV would have kicked this can years down the road.

....maybe slightly more than a hint but lets not quibble over one word when we are approaching a time that we have been looking forward to since those fools walked away.

As long as they have deep pockets and proven track record I personally don't mind. The key for me is speed to production and of course what we get out of it.

The other thing that occurs to me is the speed in which things are being revealed to us - no doubt a lot of prior discussions but one would expect that. The lawyers would have been backwards and forwards and remember we have 2 parties here being orchestrated by Robbie and the team - the sellers and the potential JV partners. Plate spinning indeed.

Can't be clearer in their intentions than that!!

These deals will never be concluded with a share premium and so if you look at the last months price and take off 10% that would be about right. Frankly in the scheme of things and with the potential its still cheap as chips. Look where the gold price has gone over the last year or so since the discussions started.

Nyakafura Gold Project

· Nyakafuru has proven high-grade shallow gold resources contained within 4 deposits, and subject to extensive exploration and feasibility study work by ASX and LSE-listed Resolute Limited.

· Existing JORC gold resources of 0.7Mozs on 11 granted prospecting licenses with potential to increase to 1.1Mozs on the successful granting of existing mining and prospecting application.

· Resources and mining studies at Nyakafuru based on over 5,500 diamond, RC and DD holes for almost 200,000m of drilling carried out between 1992 and 2017.

Historical drilling results at Nyakafuru's Voyager-Mentelle, Cullen and Leeuwin deposits include:

· 19m at 16.69g/t 12m at 9.1g/t 3m at 59.72g/t

· 20m at 10.29g/t 14m at 4.71g/t 46m at 3.3g/t

· 25m at 3.41g/t 20m at 3.25g/t 4m at 17.03g/t

· 13m at 29.89g/t 12m at 10.96g/t 16m at 2.07g/t

Impossible for Caracal to enter into a JV for something they didn't fully own. Management are certainly not hanging around in putting the pieces of the jigsaw down on the table. Well done Robbie and team.

I have the luxury of time and part of this morning was spent watching the film Darkest Hour - well recommended for those that haven't seen it. I enjoy movies based on history and it prompted me to look up some of Churchill's best known quotes and I came across this one:

'It is wonderful what great strides can be made when there is a resolute purpose behind them'

It immediately brought to mind Robbie and his strides to pick up the pieces following January's disappointment. He is a man with resolute purpose.

Watch the movie if you haven't already - absolutely nothing to do with gold or the stock market but a pivotal point in this nations history.

So I know I can banging this drum and apologies but it warrants repeating. Our MC in Jan before a certain arty walked, was near £19M and that was before contracts were signed and before we had the high grade zone and before we have a sniff of a JV. We are now sitting just above £8M MC. So the question to ask yourself is were we over priced in Jan or woefully under priced now? Everyone has to make their own mind up on that one but I am not hiding what I personally think - its a joke at the moment for a producing mine on the cusp of substantial news to increase production in the near term.

You could well be right Chadster - look where we were before OCIM walked and what the company has achieved in the meantime - most notably the high grade discovery. So when (assumption I know) funding is announced and now a JV (again assumption) ......

POG continuing to be in excess of $1900 is a added positive as well of course.
