I suspect there is not a lot of exploration or infill drilling going on at the moment so I think we need to be patient for any JORC updates. HOWEVER I fully expect that activity to resume big style when the funding is in the bank and we get back on track to achieve the growth strategy. Q3 next week - and what a quarter it should turn out to be!

Weekly update and best photo selection time. Smelts went to plan, well done to Nico and the team. Exploration, Mining and Processing all had good weeks - area 1C is looking promising for our production numbers going into 3rd quarter. All departments are getting their 2nd quarter info to me and work will begin on the qrtly next week. Progress continues on the Kili expansion funding final documentation phase is ongoing and the JV docs for Nyakafura are progressing well. No birthdays this week, some good photos below. Wish everyone a good weekend, Kilimapesa team will be hard at it delivering for all stakeholders.

Given we have not had notification that the FCA have approved the prospectus I think we can safely assume that Orca are aware of that fact and waiting until the shares come into existence. They will understand that Caracal cannot dictate FCA timelines.

Agreed SW - they need to be very careful over in Prem at the moment. As for the rainbow chasers, our pot of gold will have them heading back in our direction in due course but of course our pot of gold is the real deal. The herd when it arrives will bring mixed blessings - a rerate along with a lot of rubbish posts to wade through - or ignore! I'll take the rough with the smooth though!!

Not sure about rerate but most probably a rise and just what the traders are hoping for of course - more volatility - it's what creates the trading opportunities for the next 10% rinse. Is anyone really expecting anything other than a positive interview from Stark? I am struggling to imagine them coming out and saying what poor job they are making of this - corporate suicide. So traders now need to think do we get back in again now or sell more to drop the price to get in lower .... it's both fascinating and educational to watch as a bystander. It's also less stressful now I don't have a financial stake at play here. I hope it comes good for everyone - especially those who got in 100% plus from here and are holding. Most of us have been there at one point or another.

I posted earlier about big money games - well not very big but big enough here. Look at the money (trades above £10K) now being taken off the table with their 10%+ profits. Thats the game in play here at the moment and it will continue as long as the herd has fomo.

Watcher - at this point personally if I were tempted to buy in (which I'm not - still got sore fingers from previous attempts at trying to second guess and be clever) it would be with a view to a very short term trade. This is a plate in my view that will need constant spinning over the coming weeks to avoid slippage. I am making no judgement on GR or any others involved in the company - just my thoughts on how the market is playing each other here at the moment.

So if I was a big money trader this would be the perfect opportunity to offload in the run up to the interview or just afterwards if it gives glimmer of hope and postivity - SP movement is not about news at the moment that isn't in an RNS. it's about sentiment and being one step in front of the herd. I am not trading here and I don't hold but I do find this an ongoing lesson in herd mentality and market manipulation.

The best that can be hoped for in the next few weeks I would think would be that negotiations have commenced with interested party or parties. Surely any sizeable investor will want to do their own DD or better still have a professional independent team come in and do a drains up assessment on the viability of the project at all levels - starting at resource, through to processing capacity and of course the technical and managerial competence. Then add in the multitude of lawyers alongside the negotiations, the perfection of any kind of required security and any required compliance of local and national government legislation and you have a process that from end to end is likely to take months. Other might take a different view of course. Plenty of time for more price volatility making this a traders and MM dream come true.

Take great care before following the herd. Movements are easily orchestrated by big money looking to make bigger money. Playing on people’s hopes and fears and fomo.

Look at the facts and make your own decisions and sometimes no action can be the best action from a risk perspective.

Hi Ron. I posted recently that there are 2 games in play here. The factual RNS detail and what happens next and then trader’s manipulation of sentiment to suit their own agenda.

The reality is you can only go with the RNS update and form your own view.

Personally and honestly I have no idea what the end result is going to be here.

I agree its an important issue to keep on top of - my comments were a little tongue in cheek but I don't think that the company will let a ball drop if it meant undermining (no pun intended) the plethora of great work currently in progress on funding and the JV. I strongly suspect they would have prioritised their limited resources accordingly. That's my hope anyway.

When you are starving, maybe you don't care if the plates aren't as clean as they might be.

The washing up can be done later all in good time and within the rules.

Looks like the detail is required to light the fuse - no problem with that. It will make the action that more exciting when news drops.

Be clear in which game you are participating- different rules apply in each game.

Whilst this could look like the bargain of the century at the moment it’s likely that others are ahead of you in this game and waiting. Whilst this is not a dead cat we could still witness a small bounce today and what goes up…. Caution is the order of the day I would suggest.
