I think that Robbie will be going for the non dilutive option - he is still a major shareholder or will be when he gets them back so it’s in his interest as well as as in the interest of current holders. Time will tell if I am correct or not.

One other comment about OCIM. I do have some experience into how big money men can react at times - not always logically and often ego can trump logic. I’m aware of one billionaire who only judges his success by his ranking in the global rich list. He earned in excess of 300 million one particular year but his rival earned more. His reaction was to go through a cost cutting exercise down to fruit in the office. My point is when you have OCIM and Philoro looking at the same project then maybe OCIM ego came into play. Who knows. Anyone who thinks this type of childish behaviour doesn’t happen hasn’t had exposure to those circles. Anyway - just a possibility to add into the fray.

Absolutely SW - I think that they will have engaged the proctologists of the mining world to do the latest due diligence and here we are going into the last phases of documentation. The mine, strategy and ability of the company to deliver has to be beyond doubt at this point - the fine detail will all be about money, terms and tax structures. Lots of lawyers all having their say and racking up billable hours. That’s corporate life for you. 50% operations and 50% legal and compliance considerations- or maybe that’s just my jaundiced view being an old lad.

Watcher. Please explain how the Boatd has been incompetent when a third party introduces a new contract precedent at the 11th hour that the company could not fullfil given that there is no current legal framework to allow assignments to be taken over mining licenses?

Watcher - yes in isolation we have needed funding for over a year. What’s your point? Context is everything. Anyone reading your posts without the background context can come to a wrong conclusion that the BoD have been sitting on their hands - far from it in my view.

Watcher - do we really need to go over OCIM walking again? They added a new and impossible requirement at the 11th hour which could not have been foreseen. Things happen in business that can not be placed at the BoDs feet but you keep barking on as if they are responsible. The measure of management is how you react to the unexpected challenges and obstacles. The clock was reset in my eyes when OCIM walked. The fact they kept the wheels on when they had expected funds and their plans were in a highly advanced state speaks volumes. They have also had to prove that OCIM didn’t walk because of a flaw in their ability to deliver on the strategy and now we still have investors who prefer to deal in doubt and speculation. I am a long term holder and supporter- that is why I read and contribute to this board. I question others motives.

Watcher - actually approximately 7 months from OCIM walking to finding another large potential financier, who then has to arrange independent due diligence, a plethora of lawyers engaged in contracts, tax structures, term sheets etc etc for a multi million dollar package, whilst also negotiating a JV for TZ. All in 7 months - not sure what corporate world you are engaged in Watcher but from my perspective this is being done at speed.

Investing in stocks is a long term business and losses or profit made on sales. Timing is everything and it looks like we are close to transformational news. Yes there is likely to be large dilution but with funding unlocking the strategy I’m confident that once the company puts the money to work and shows results not only on production but the MRE, then the current SP will fade into history. Just need continued patience in my view.

Hats off to Robbie and the team for the way in which they dusted themselves off after OCIM walking and did what was required to continue producing, making money and keeping the wheels on. It’s easy (relatively) to do well when everything is going your way and you have all the working capital required at your disposal - massively difficult when your back is against the wall. Imagine what they are going to achieve when the funding does come through. Huge lessons learned in cash management and team management will be put to great use when the good times come. Let traders do what they want over the coming weeks - this is a gold mine operation that will be operational for years to come.

If they are tweeting they are now doing 2 smelts a week I believe them. Twitter is a worldwide platform - do you think that employees are going to sit back and let the company tweet lies? My goodness some on here have been watching too many conspiracy type movies.

Quarterly update will be with us in the next couple of weeks if previous timings are anying to go by. Quarterly RNS operational updates are more than enough - this is a small company with a small team and anyone that thinks that the finance team have time to produce monthly RNS updates clearly have never worked in a regulatory reporting environment. Time to get real folks. Things are moving forward - its all good.

There was security over a share pledge - nothing that I am aware of over goods.

Legalwolf - where have you picked up that creditors have security over the goods? This is news to me. I would like to know the source please as its this type of miscommunication that really annoys me unless of course I have it totally wrong and just missed it.

Watcher - definition of dead duck is something with no chance of success. Yet you say that you are invested because of the potential - I am a little confused.

Can we have 2 days of 50% rises? - who knows but I am an investor and not a roulette player - I want funding news which will not only give us the cash needed to progress with the expansion strategy but it will also give the market confidence that a professional investment company have completed all the due diligence with external expert opinion. Now I think that when that happens, the armchair warriors might want to think a little but more carefully about their expert posts. Judging a company through the eyes of a handful of day traders might not be the best investment strategy for future portfolio growth but then I prefer to make my own decisions based on all known facts and potential.

Question for you Watcher - what do you think a sensible MC would be for this company if they are successful in delivering on their growth strategy? In other words, what is your investment goal here?

Hi Legalwolf - luckily we have both the RNSs and the Tweets - I always find a recipe with pictures more appealing than just the words.

Personally I think we have hit the lows - seems to be the same price that the HNWI's have agreed to buy in at. I still think that this quarter will be transformational for news and POG is playing it's part keeping circa $1950
