Timely tweet from the company this morning - makes for an interesting read on the wider POG issue.

I tried to have rational discussions with this poster in the past- after a while I realised they got a kick out of yanking peoples chain. Remove the oxygen by filtering was my solution. Some good posters on here asking good challenging questions- and there are others……

Legalwolf - the question was not asked on security of tenure - presumably because the investors who bothered to submit questions didn’t think it was an issue. I do recommend you listen to the QA however.

Watcher - I’m sorry as it must seem that I am picking you up on words but words are all we have here. When you say that things cannot get any worse here - I would argue against that. Take a step back and look at what has been achieved since OCIM walked away and left the company with no option but to totally rewrite their near term business plan. All the of the existing plans in the bin. Ten months later and we are on the cusp of hopefully announcing a finance deal with a new and improved mining plan in our pocket, the lights have been kept on so light even in dark times , a new high grade zone identified and a backdrop of a rising POG. I’m not sure that when you stand back that this position is as bad as it gets - from my perspective it’s a story of resilience, positivity and extreme hard work and frankly this has been driven by Robbie but let’s also remember the support of the work force that were able to be retained on the pay roll. In all of this the company have tried to do everything they could to fullfil their wider social responsibilities. My long winded way of saying this whole picture could look a lot worse at the moment. But that’s just me.

Watcher - no one in this board would argue against your high level generic statements about it being a tough commercial world out there. But then again I can’t remember a time in the last 40 plus years of my experience when it wasn’t. Negotiations are always tough and both sides wanting the best deal but if a deal is made then it means it is acceptable to both sides.

So statements like it will be a bad deal are being made. No one is daring to say what a bad deal looks like though? This is going to be a non dilutive deal that allows the company to ramp up production in quick order to a minimum of the independent numbers produced whilst allowing them to crack on with exploration to move Kili towards 1M oz. But some on here want to grasp onto a negative idea (it’s just an opinion at the moment not fact) and spin it. It’s time for big picture thinking here. I doubt we will be wringing our hands about a couple of percentage points in a finance deal when the gold is being poured in ever greater numbers. When we start to watch the webcam in the HL development I can’t imagine the chat on here being about what a rubbish deal and how poorly Robbie played his hand of cards……

Lastofthesummer - they are few opinions in there rather than facts:

- only show in town? How do you know?

- putting himself over a barrel? Why? The revised minion plan is to the companies benefit - they paid for it and it has produced good independent results

- the lights are on at the moment - why would the lights go out?

- they will accept a poor deal - opinion

- the suspension will end when they produce the accounts - separate to funding.

So you have weaved together snippets with opinion and come to some conclusions - they are your conclusions and your opinion and you are entitled to them.

I happen to disagree with your assessment but thats just my opinion.

Indeed PD. Whilst the shares might be going into suspension the activity on the ground and in moving forward negotiations on a number of fronts will be increasing if anything. We can still get RNS notifications on news even during suspension as far as I know. In the meantime for those of us with an interest in a moving graph, we have the continued POG story unfolding.

Hey Suggins - didn't see your post before I sent mine - absolutely - my only addition to replying to itsyou was it wasn't really 19M more - it was 13.5 as per the previous RNS's.

I should have added to itsyou regarding the comments about not spending money - how does he think that they would have been able to achieve without these added pieces of kits to keep production going in the interim? Its a working mine that requires maintenance and plant needs replacing. I am sure that the lab will have been used to good effect in identifying the new high grade zones. Does he/she think that the mine should have just been mothballed?

Maybe if they ask the questions and submit them to Robbie - he said at the end of the interview he will happily respond.

Itsyou - Im afraid that you are not taking into account a number of things from my understanding. I think by the time that the Dec 2022 RNS was released they had already spent a good chunk of the 19M and were only raising about 13.5M (look at the RNSs in the weeks just prior - 10.5 plus 3). Since then if you have been watching closely then you will know that they have dropped the underground activities for the time being and only going open pit which is a huge capital saving. They have also spent money on the lab and various other bits of kit so they are off the requirement list. So when you talk all this into account it explains how you can get from a figure of $19m - to the present number - in short - change of scope and plan and money already spent. Its that simple.

Thing is Mickey we never had the money - we were looking in the sweet shop window with the full expectation of going in and enjoying what was on offer - and then the shop closed with no warning.
