Touk - having just read your post I think it's important to reflect on the response over all rather than pick put one sentence. What we have here in AS is a responsible CEO who is articulating the need to be extremely careful in what is communicated - driven by his scientific background no doubt and the requirement for evidential based results which will face scrutiny by peers and the regulatory bodies. All of this whilst attempting to get the news out in the most effective and impactful manner. Cross the line and the company risks severe reputational damage which could not only be damaging to the company but also the light in which the results will be received. It's a tight rope walk and the fact that he is acknowledging it in a way that he knows will be made public actually gives me great comfort in the way that this is being managed by him and his team.

The big players aren’t waiting on news at the moment - they are watching and playing with herd. Just my view.

Many of you will have heard of the old adage about giving presentations:

What many will not realise is that this is commonly attributed to Aristotle so it really is a veryold adage. I like to think that if he had the benefit of todays technology that he would have added in at the start - tell them WHEN you are going to tell them. Well, we had that today.

Another thing that is attributed to Aristotle is being the godfather of evidence based medicine.

The confluence of these historic references to one individual resonated with me this morning.

Paul I understand your sentiment but the suspension is only stopping one thing at the moment - well 2 - that is trading in the company and I suspect issuing the prospectus.

The company is trading and getting on with the job of producing gold. Robbie has said Q1 for funding and we will be out of suspension surely before funding is announced. Just got to be patient a little longer. If major holders want a change at the top I am sure that they will make their feelings known. Personally I just want the company to be able to afford a good team to support Robbie on what appears to be a one man crusade at the moment.

I have faith they will get there Paul. It’s largely symptomatic of a cash strapped business spinning multiple plates with a skeleton crew of management. I think that we are going to see a very different Caracal emerge in 2024 that will fully take advantage of the precious metal world starting to move up through the pricing gears. Gold and silver are the markets to be in and given we are one of the most unloved of an underpriced sector of junior miner / explorers eat the moment, our potential for multi bagging from here is better than most in my view.

Time will tell - next 4 months to be precise given Robbie’s comment about Q1 for funding.

This is a fascinating interview and clearly lays out the complex history behind the current situation and why the Fed have little option other than to print more money. It also explains why it is entirely feasible that POG could reach mind blowing numbers. It’s a long interview but hang in to the end - it’s worth it in my view if only to get his perspective on Wall Street.,

Caracal are lining their ducks up in the back ground and will be perfectly positioned to ride the tsunami wave that is starting to form - we really haven’t seen anything yet with POG and junior miners will ultimately be the winners here. Our time is coming.

POG now 2060 - it certainly has a tail wind today!!

Just for fun I revisited the October RNS mine plan - based around POG 1700.

I just reworked the figures on 2050 and it produced free cashflow of $48.9M over 3 years - or $17M more than the plan.

And we currently have an MC of £5M ....

Who knows where the POG will be over the next 3 years but most commentators are predicting new all time highs. Its about to get very exciting here in my view. Out of suspension / prospectus out / funding received / full steam ahead. Well that's my list for Santa sorted!

Hi Zan - thanks and yes I know it is East Africa - just a slip as I have been looking at a big outfit recently in the West.

Some valid comments this afternoon about the accounts. Lessons will be learned but I think there have been several headwinds not least available cash - but I am not expecting repeats next year for sure!

2021 as I type. The one thing that Robbie and the team can not control and it is playing on our side at the moment.

I have every faith in Robbie and the team to deliver on what they can influence and I am prepared to give them all the time that they need to satisfy the myriad of 3rd parties that are involved here and all of their requirements - the FCA / auditors / lawyers / funders.

As the the arm chair experts that have not run full listed companies and / or gold mining companies in West Africa in amazingly tough economic conditions, please continue to let us have the benefit of your wisdom. When I say us, that doesn't include me as I have filtered the expert Beb many months ago when I realised that he was a simple wind up merchant.

One way or another next week looks to be another interesting week - we may or may not get an RNS but the large purchases towards close yesterday should trigger some activity presumably with the share price. Whether it turns out to be another short term money play of course only time will reveal. Happy to hold and watch the game play out. It’s always educational.

Agreed - in my view it really is that simple.

Yorkshire - feels more like big money playing with sentiment but sentiment that is actually grounded on very tangible near term expectation rather than wishful thinking.
