Just my opinion but I think we have in the blue corner - players with money - either off loading and or trying to beat the next person. In the red corner we have the believers in the scientific break through, the benefits to mankind and the return on their in vestment that will ensue.

Presently the blue corner are in control with body punches and dodging and weaving against any counter from the reds.

Tomorrow just maybe the Rocky music starts and despite a bloodied face the red corner shows signs of hope. The knock out punch from the red corner comes when there is a clear line of sight to monetisation in whatever form that takes.

In the meantime the fight goes in and each corner has its supporters.

I’m hanging in there for the title belt but understand I’ll take some hits on the way.

Lets face it - the very fact that they have issued an RNS saying that there will be an update is the most obvious clue to the fact that the update will contact market sensitive data, which in turn must be released to the market first via an RNS. If we are going over old ground tomorrow I will be amazed and will start to consider the communication strategy in a different light going forward. It's like Christmas Eve - there is a parcel under the tree and we get to unwrap tomorrow to see whether its socks again or ski gloves wrapped around a plane ticket to the alps.

If it’s new market sensitive data it must be shared with the market first via an RNS.

Or is this just a massive transfer of shares which will be revealed by late posted tickets? Given some of the volumes I would have expected more of a movement in the SP but the MMs seem to have currently identified a sweet equilibrium point. But how long for?

Q1 Watcher - close enough in the grand scheme of things. 2024 is going to be a very different and positive year compared to 2023 in my view. I would say it’s a year to be forgotten but there have been important lessons that should not be forgotten.

Hi Gunster - I am genuinely sorry if you have lost all hope particularly as you have funds invested. I can understand how the sequence of events could have lead you to this conclusion and nothing that I or anyone else on this board can say is likely to change your current view. Often our personal views are shaped not only by the facts in front of us but external experiences and circumstances and so we can see the same facts through different lenses and have different views as a result.

One thing is clear to the most ardent supporter though is that hindsight is a wonderful thing and things most definitely need to sharpen up as you say and lessons need to be learned. My view is that lessons are being learned and perhaps a tangible demonstration of that is the communication from Robbie and the more factual style we are seeing. It’s clear that OCIM has created a sense of optimism and well being for Robbie that translated into communication to us that I am sure he would later regret when OCIM walked. So we are in total agreement that things need to change and I think we are seeing green shoots already.

I’m not sure that they are producing gold at a loss given the current POG and the AISC but they have needed to raise funds because of several factors - such as - extraordinary costs associated with acquiring funding and costs associated with continuing to move forward on the infrastructure for example. Let’s not also forget the associated costs of being a full listed company - these will diminish as a % of the AISC as funding allows production to substantially increase in 2024 (all in my view of course given we need the funding first).

When do I think accounts will be produced - I have no idea but given Robbie is expecting funding during Q1 2024, I am expecting accounts to be delivered prior - a vague answer but that is what we have to work with at the moment. In the meantime as shareholders the suspension is actually protecting us in the short term from market volatility although of course we might have had some positive movement on the back of recent POG gains.

You have to remember why the FCA have this rule - it’s to protect investors and turning to your question of how long do they have - I don’t know - maybe others do? I can’t help but think though that if the company is challenged and they can demonstrate progress in delivering accounts, then the FCA are unlikely to take action that will be detrimental to investors given that would be contrary to the FCA objectives. Just my view based on a common sense thought process.

In the meantime it’s encouraging to see regular tweets with visual feedback of activity on the ground.

I don’t normally give advice - certainly not about investing- I only post my personal view. Perhaps if you have given up all hope though, write the investment off in your mind, set up an RNS alert and then just get on with life. Anything positive that happens thereafter will be a win.

How many times was the excellent safety profile mentioned?

4 times in the one RNS if I have read correctly - I think the company is trying to make a point without capital letters, bold font , 3 underlines and 4 exclamation marks.

How many times will we hear and read EXCELLENT SAFETY PROFILE on Wednesday ? (!!!!!!)

I find myself wondering about the timing for the RNS which will have to be forthcoming for the company to be able to give the online update presentation- I would love to have been a fly on the wall for that strategy meeting - just to listen to the debate and rationale that must have been worked through.

Interesting - Gunster's post has disappeared - his request or admins I wonder given the fraud accusation.

On a more positive note good to see another tweet out this morning from the company.

I don't have the answer in this case but so often you see a total disconnect between SP movement and potential or actual results. I personally attribute it to money games being played and people trying to beat the herd. The only real way to increase your odds of coming out on top is to do as much research as you can about the company, the BoD, the product, the market and demand, the potential future revenue, the jurisdictions , any regulatory obstacles and overall global economic conditions - I think that you can probably attribute 50% of increasing your odds to all of those factors - the other 50% is prepared to have an open ended timeline for everything to fall into place. That's how I try and approach things but I am sure that I have left out many more considerations.

It's not easy.

Do you mind if I ask a few questions to try and understand your view:

- is it a paper loss at the moment (like most of us) or did you sell?

- fraud is a strong word and litigious - what evidence do you have please?

Your choice if you respond of course but if you want to be taken seriously on the board it's good to take the detail out on the table. I see you have chosen to ignore my correction about being on the TG board - I was an admin on that board for short space of time before leaving the board altogether - I can't remember blocking anyone during my tenure but someone did come appealing to me at one point after they have been blocked by someone else - was that you?

Whilst not on the TG group anymore I applaud their action in arranging the last StockBox interview with Robbie - I thought it was an excellent and revealing discussion and really went into a lot of the detail behind the last 12 month challenges since OCIM walked away from the funding deal.

Back to you Gunster - what lies behind your claims of fraud? I'm not living in blind hope - my eyes are fully open. I'm very disappointed that we are still in suspension but I think I understand the cash constraints that the company have been under and frankly I think that whilst Robbie might have done things a lot differently in hindsight, but wouldn't we all. The lights are on in the company - the HL pads are being refreshed as we can see from the tweets and we are producing gold and revenue. Q1 is the target for the funding and that is when the real excitement starts - all in my personal view of course.

I must admit to feeling a great sense of affirmation when I see a filtered message straight after mine. Go on - do it again please - like a heated car seat on this cold and wet day - it’s comforting.
