I think just the SS plant producing as expected will get us to around 20p within a year or so. It's highly unlikely all 9 drill targets will be winners, but one or two good finds would be more than enough to get us on the way to 50p if we are going to sell them on, or several multiples of that if we do a JV and develop them ourselves, though that would take a few years.

The Mcap of Prospect Resources who own Arcadia is only c. $50m and for some reason has halved this year. That seems very modest considering they have over double our current JORCd resource plus offtake agreements, and as the guy in the video states (@0:48) will generate $150m income a year. On that basis I'm not expecting any fireworks for Prem either in the forseeable future, based on Zulu.

Rosewall, I think 12.5% would be fine particularly with a bigger plant, it's just that the way AB has negotiated the terms, I doubt we will be allowed to survive long enough to ever see it. Would love to be wrong though.

I really do believe it, I've forgotten the exact figures but if you run the numbers for once the pilot plant is up and running, I remember it came out at c. £15m p.a. profit to ARCM. Give that a p/e of 10 and it should take us to 20p+ IMO. The 0.2% cobalt bumps up the copper equivalent grade to over 2%.

I predict ARCM will 5 bag within 12-18 months. ;-)

I doubt Don Bailey would bother getting out of bed unless he thought the Zamsort potential was at least well into the $100ms. ;-)

Perhaps he could have waited just a short while until the Cadence sign off gave the s/p a boost and raised at a higher price?

I suppose if we can manage to fund RHA ourselves without need of a JV partner we will reap more rewards later....but things never seem to pan out as hoped in Prem world.

I'm just peeved that George got us into the position where we have had to give 30% of a potentially multi billion $ asset away for peanuts to an almost equally skint company, just to get the drilling done to DFS. Let's see if he can exonerate himself by delivering something approaching Zulu's full potential in future.
