Copperman, I concur with your figures as being in the right ballpark as far as we can ascertain at the moment. We would have to discover a lot more copper to approach Sentinel's 4m+ tonnes of copper. As usual there appear to be one or two talking their book on here offering unrealistic expectations.

How on earth did you get .97%? When you look at the drill averages, they are mostly around the .5% to .7% with only a few above that range. I don't suppose you left in the best intervals from each drill, that would favourably skew the results - but then only a dumbass would do that...

Going by the info here- http://www.mining.com/web/making-the-grade-understanding-exploration-results/ which says open pit mining can be profitable at $20/tonne, I'd say we are well above that at around $38/tonne (0.64%Cu eq x $6000) So it's viable, IMO.

My (schoolboy) maths tells me the average grade in this batch of results was .64% Cu Eq, including the cobalt. I hope we can turn a profit on those grades.

IMO the market was expecting better grades. Are these modest grades even commercially viable? Perhaps the fact that we are near surface in a cheap jurisdiction will make it so, but we are far from the 2%+ Cu Eq touted around on these boards a couple of months ago.

Further mineralisation discovered. Copper grades generally appear to be modest to me but seem to extend further than expected.

How can it not be a blatant conflict of interests for the CEO of a company to loan money using the assets with the most promising potential being used as security and confiscated if the debt is unpaid? There is little incentive for the CEO to steer the company out of trouble if he thinks he will ultimately benefit from a loan default. At the very least an open offer or PB should be arranged so shareholders can raise the money to repay the loan. As for RHA, if it's proving tricky to turn a profit at current tungsten prices, why not leave it on c&m until prices firm up as expected? IMO it would be great if we could ask Nick von Schirnding at Arc minerals to join and oversee the development of Zulu. He seems to know how to progress projects in double quick time.

It did cross my mind that if they got the M2 resource model so badly wrong (400% overestimate) might they also have got their ST projections wrong? :-(

Yes, I think it's tragic that George has allowed a year to slip by with no drills turning at Zulu, and rainy season approaching. I hope we don't miss the lithium boat...

IMO current M2 Jorc resource only underpins half our Mcap at the moment. ST is the transformational target that will multibag us if successful.

We just need 1.5mts of copper under ST and you'll have that $9bn. ;-)

Due to the error in the resource modeling software didn't we go from about 16mts down to the previous 3.7mts and have only improved on that humble figure by 16%? 20kts @ $6k/tonne is only $120m, not $9bn. Some here are trying to put lipstick on a pig. Solg this is not. We really need the ST drill to breakthrough into the mother lode to see any decent return on our outlay, IMO.

Just a 7.5% dilution, not a problem as it should be enough to see us over the line into cash generative production in a couple of months.

BMR was a lifestyle company that faffed around not getting valuable assets into production until the govt, tired of the lack of progress, oversaw their transfer into more competent hands. If Zulu doesn't get going soon I wouldn't be surprised if matters were one day taken out of Prem's hands - these assets are surely too important to Zim's future to be allowed to remain unexploited for too long?

By my reckoning, a quick look on the map of the zones shows that if M2 and M4 proves to be a single continuous copper bearing zone, it would stretch for 3-4 kms. Could potentially be huge if grades and intervals are good enough. It's just the time factor - how long would it take to prove up at the pace they move at? I'm hoping some decent grades show up soon to encourage a JV partner to buy in and get a lot more drills turning.

I'm glad others have also tried to explain how unmined copper in the ground sale value can be estimated, and how much it differs from the final sale value of the metal due to mining and processing costs. As mentioned, NPV is probably a better metric to use, though a full grasp of that concept personally eludes me. At any rate, I'm hoping the contained Cobalt will continue to far outshine the copper content value wise, as demand seems to be strong well into the future. EV manufacturers seem to be avidly seeking to corner supplies to meet future demand. The price is expected to continue rising as, to paraphrase a comment I read recently - "There is little to overtake Lithium as the metal of choice as a battery storage medium, and nothing at all on the horizon to replace Cobalt as by far the best stabilising medium for that very volatile element"
