RR went bust many years ago and was saved by a big buy in by the government and many years later sold off the shares again to the market. It's possible that could happen again.

So is that 10 new shares at 32p for every 3 you already own? Or does it mean you have to buy another 3 shares to qualify for the new 10? and 6 bn shares on issue so it's cannot be long before a 10 x consolidation can it.

Goodness another new low of 2.40 today, not long now to 2p.

Sooner than later the city will realise that there will be a good offer and the sp will rocket to the 65p bid price. Both sides must have come to some agreement on the price range offered / planned otherwise why waste more money doing even more DD work .

The sp has followed the cash down the drain, cash raise after cash raise after consolidation etc etc etc. 2p cash raise plus with consolidation up to what about 80p then down to 57p another cash raise then down to 13p another cash raise now down to 2.5p and guess what another cash raise at 1p or 2p and maybe another consolidation x 40 ? all the time the money just washes down someones drain never to be seen again. But never mind there are always more punters that will cough up when the time is righjt.

I think that has already been sold and they have already had the money.

Look I have been trying to hold back my words but in the end I have to make a point.
What can one say about vog, they have always meant well, they put out their plans and took everyones money. But year after year all they have done has gone backwards with fewer and fewer paying customers and bigger and bigger losses. So with their current turnover there isn't enough left to pay down debt and cover running costs let alone make a real profit, so just how long will it be before they run out of money and need to raise even more at 2p, but they better be quick because before long the sp will be below 2p and that might mean a 1p plus another consolidation. God help us all.

I don’t think many of the big boys / companies around the world are suffering as much as they make out, ok their revenue is down but so are the overheads in most cases so profits could well be up.
I just think that with everything going on and many companies announcing cut backs and redundancies other companies are taking the opportunity to do the same at the same time and that way get away with more than they would under normal conditions.

WHY would it, after another good set of results with more profits and no need to pay off bonds/ debts for another 15 months and bidders going forward it could if anythink go to £1.25 on a bid.

I am glad takeove talks have been extended, because now we have had the 6 month results it shows AA making good profits and the have about 15 months before they have to repay and bonds / debts so plenty of time to sort something out.
So that proves AA are not in any rush and don't need to sell the business at any price all the time profits keep coming in and debt is slowly slowly being paid down. Company must be worth 60p+ going by these results.

So good results with ebita up and everything else looking good. Company say some long term bonds debt due in 2022 so have plenty of time to sort out debt repayment.

For once I agree with you heardy, everyones been talking about 40p+ for weeks and both sides must have a good idea what they are looking for and are prepared to look at an offer in that region otherwise they are just wasting each other time and money.
Anything under 40p and AA will just refuse to go forward , anything over 60p and the bidder will probably walk away. They must have agreed something in principle and that's why AA have said they will need an extension. Well I hope that's correct.

We all know that this is going to close at 12p today, the same price as the offer and ready for lift off on Monday 15p-20p
