To me and many normal posters I guess the latest ONS numbers look good but to some Tom I guess it would just be more of lies and false info to suck in more investors into companies like itv.

ABC increase their holdings again by a littlt to 19.59% , so still buying where they can by the looks of things.

So are we going down to the wire again, we have until the 27th Oct tuesday. So is it going to be a bid of 45p ish or another extenion?.Last time they announced an extenion a few days before the time run out.
Surely they must have made up their minds to bid or not to bid by now.

I guess if any of these institutions had any sense at all they would have sold vog at the end of the last tax year and off-set any CGTax./ profits they had made.
At the end of the day they just don't care about individual companies profits or losses as long as they square their books, it's always the pi's that take the hit.

I think a more important question would be.
Why would / should vog raise more money and increased debt to build another section of pipeline for such a small amount of gas sales , when they have already spend over £200m on a pipeline and set-up that is STILL not returning a profit and doesn.t look like it will ever pay back the money spent.
Or is it just another case of vog , ok that idea didn't work or pay back so let's just move onto another idea and let the shareholders cover the costs.? A far more important question

Come on let's be honest here, I guess it sounds like a good idea but if you have booked a holiday / flight for say £1k would you want to take the risk of a test. If it proved positive they wouldn't let you go on holiday would they and you would lose your money etc. The majority of people wouldn't take the risk and just go through without the test. Come on be honest .

This must be a good and right move for itv to make, after all if ITV are anything like the ITV post page we are already on they are a good guide to just how much rubbish can be streamed, I mean they stream enough of Tom's rubbish don't they.

I think if I were Sir Roger now I would just bid the extra and take over saga before it goes back up to £1.80- £2.20.
After all no one else seems to want it so who's going to complain.

So we are at another new low of 118 when we should be 12p x 15 = £1.80.
So much for stability when you consolidate. But this is standard for many companies that consolidate where the city boys kick the A*** out of these stocks for them never to recover.

How come all your posts are only about itv, you say you haven't lost any money in shares with itv so you must have a big personal disagreement with them and this is the only way you feel you can make life hell for them. So were you sacked or made redundant, if so I am afraid it happens to us all over the working life time and you just have to come to terms with it and move on. The more you carry on with sort of vendetta in the hope something rubs off on itv , it won't no one at itv
will ever know or really gives a fig it will make you feel even worse as it clearly has nothing to do with any investments, just move on.

So ABC have increased their holdings again by a little to 19.45% from 19.41% so still buying.
Can they make the 20% mark before we get the offer.

Still the total market is down some 2% today so much of this fall is due to that.
On the other hand we only have another 12 days to go before the latest deadline is up. Now will we get an offer before then of 45p or another extention ?
