Just goes to show how different some of these brokers are , if they are all professionals analyst which they are ment to be then how do they come up with totally different views. But i will go with £1.70.

and year end numbers look really good to me, ok they will be slightly lower than they were looking for due to rail strikes etc but they will impacked on many / most companies.
Once the country gets back to normal ish then there is no reason why the SP shpouldn't be back around the £1.70 mark in 6 months. Well one can hope. but still a great set of results.

It seems that there is a big game being played here, a little while back most of the other big shareholders wanted to go with a 28p 0ffer but Hedin didn't and stopped the takeover. now Heding has offered 29p expecting to get the nod but now the other big shareholders are saying no to stop heding getting control.
Iether Heding will offer 32p ish to clinch it or I guess they will just sit back again and block any other offer they don't agree with. Med / long term this will go to someone and could be asset stripped.

Yes agree, it must only be a question of time now regardless of any sales up-beat. the next raise will have to be even bigger so it could be the final takeover with the AM brand absorbed into the geeley range of cars.

After that rns, I guess no one will expect the suspension to be lifted at all. in the RNS they say they are trying to sign a deal for another rig for more drilling, who the hell is going to sign up for their rig when they could never be paid.
No one will lend them money so it's only a question of time before one o9f the main creditors calls in their debt with a swap in debt for company. all / any shareholders left will get nothing, and that's been on the cards for god knows when. Another clever move by Foo who saw all this coming and got out while he did. But did he sell any / all his shares as he got out.?

Who knows where this will end but I guess many took a punt at £1900 and where did that leave them.
It still looks to me that will will hit £1.00 - £1.05 no trouble and the way we are going they will need more money and that could mean more shares being listed so maybe 80p ish.
Long term this will be bought by one of the big companies and AM brand absorbed.

Do you think it has anything to do with labours new plan, as I understandit now they agree with the tory party to hold energy pricese for 2 years and to pay for it they want to sting all energy companies with an extra windfall tax back dates to april and going on much longer . In which case CNA will be hit.
Maybe that has pushed the SP down more. who knows.

My guess is it will hit the offer price soon, so maybe £1.00 -£1.05

Not sure what to make of this and where it will now go , one of the main points I noticed is that At 30 June 2022, net external borrowings less cash were $5,209.0m (31 December 2021: $5,030.8m),
So debt has gone up another $200m ish probably nothing when we are talking such high numbers but worse all the same and a bigger job now to solve.

Sorry but what a lot of rubbish you talk, the UK growth was /has been far too low for the last 5-10 years, Inerest rates were already on the rise and the Bank of England should have put up rates faster and higher than they have to keep the £ stronger to the $.
We were already heading for trouble, so something had to happen to change this, many of the tiry mp's now coming out and saying Liz is wrong are Rishi supporters and would like nothing else than for her to fail. Let's hold tight and move forward as planned ,Liz is right. !!!!

Hi tom, we all know this is undervalued and although I am a few pence down I am not worried in the slightest and happy to just sit tight and get the next divi.
It was about time we had a market correction and there are some very good buys out there to be had, I am not buying anything else at the moment but keep thinking I should.
Just look at RR. M&S IAG and many more, in 3-6 months we will all be saying I should have bought them now.
All this panick will settle down just look at the £ vs $ and the news / press doing their best to frighten everyone but that's just the shorters making money by betting against the £, all will come back. keep safe.

Next thing your be telling us is that when / if this does go down to say 55p you will then come out and say you made the right call and sold all your shares at 65p+.
Just give it a rest for a while and do other things , this will come back in time like everything else.

So Hedin have made that 29p offer after most of the other shareholders wanted to go with the 29p offer made about 1-2 months ago but Hedin rejected it.
Could this be the one, I guess the SP will go to 29p ish today.

Tom I am not anywhere near the road I am on a beach somewhere. I just don't care about the world or markets when things are like this . Don't worry about the things you cannot change they are going to happen anyway. Just do something else until it all settels down. Bring on 5% interest rates as long as I get more savings interest I don't care about people with mortgages.

Tom now it sounds like you don't like anyone making money, which if I am not wrong is what you have been trying to do with all your shares.
Everyone goes on about stinging the big energy companies for more tax but all these companies already pay what about 50% taxand many forget that these same companies who would have made many extra millions due to high prices are / will still be paying extra CGT on all these new profits anyway.
You have to give it to Lizz for even trying something new / different, but I guess if this does work and down the line say 1 years time and everyone is starting to benefit you will still **** her off. Stop just trying to wind everyone up with your silly ideas and sell your itv now at a loss and make yourself feel better for not making a profit.

I prefer minimal government involvement. Open the borders, reduce all taxes and leave infrastructure in private hands. Balance the books though. Only spend what income is coming in and the first thing to go is all the silly carry on around the royals. We cannot afford the pomp and circumstance that they had back in the time of Empire.
So your against the royals and by the sounds of it your against the governmeny spending to hold down energy bills because they will have to borrow to cover the cost as there won't be enough in the kitty to cover it ,Mkae your mind up you cannot have it both ways.

But I had very large amounts in saving accounts getting good interest rates and also still working then so my salary would help off-set inflation.
