Anyone got a clue what's going on here?

That's a bit of an anticlimactic opening... I'd expected many things, but not this. Officially RKH needs to announce their AGM 21 working days beforehand. Assuming the AGM is on the 30th of June, it would be at the latest on the 9th of June. Even though the morning might not have been exciting, the coming week still promises to be.

It's a long shot, but maybe we're seeing a supportive institutional move where the Israeli institutional investors exercise their warrants (probably because Navitas asked them to) and sell part of their shares to another II or third party that wants to get in, in order to capitalize RKH. This in turn enables RKH to pay their share of the next phase without having to raise extra cash. It would fit the recent news of the second FPSO and is in line with how the funding for the first part went. If the II know this, they will realise that by doing so, the share price should get a boost, thus compensating for the 2.9 pence per share difference between the 77.1p of the sale and the 80p of the warrants.

I'd expect the final results of 2025 to be published on Monday. If they also want to mention something that hasn't been mentioned so far, Navitas might either simultaneously release it or they'll do it on Sunday the 31st. I'm curious what Sam will say on Monday.

Found it. In the November 2024 RNS it states: "An MOU has been signed for the provision of a redeployed FPSO with a current UK safety case. FEED for the FPSO commenced in November 2024." Back then, they still needed a year to sort out the finances before taking FID on phase 1 and 2. Assuming a similar timeline, it would indicate a FID on the next phase(s) somewhere around May 2027 and not long thereafter the second FPSO going to the docks. Assuming the first FID was the hardest it might even be quicker. Time will tell. I read this as good news. Furthermore the Brent futures for 2028 are nearing the $80 per barrel.

Does this mean that they have identified the second FPSO, have arranged the pre-contract contract (MOU) and are now working out the details before the real contract is signed? Does anyone remember when they mentioned that the MOU was signed for the Aoka Mizu? Was that november 2024? If so, that could mean that the second FPSO could arrive around Q4 2029 If a similar timeline is being used

I just received the shares from the OO. It was the basic rights plus 4.27% of the excess rights I applied to. If my calculations are correct, 9,010,888 shares have been allocated from the basic rights, leaving 4,177,148 shares that have been divided among the 92,945,933 requested extra shares.

@Ovets Are you sure about that 13%? I believe it will be way less because it will be the total allocated shares (13 million) minus the entitlement allocation (let's say 8-10 million), leaving 3-5 million shares to be divided under the requested additional 92-94 million shares. That results in roughly 3-5% instead of the 13%.

Not necessarily. If 10 million of the basis rights were filled, then there should only be 3 million left to be divided under 102 - 10 = 92 million. That would mean that we would get 92/3= 1 share for each 30.67 excess shares we applied for. Depending on how many of the basic rights were filled it should be roughly between 1 in 10 to 1 in 50.

The curve kicked in around November 2024. Right now it’s just tying its shoelaces while people flip a few cheap shares.

Russia never formally applied to join NATO. There were informal discussions in the 1990s, but NATO membership requires democratic civilian control of the military, respect for neighbors’ sovereignty, peaceful conflict resolution, and shared security goals. Russia failed on all of these and instead viewed NATO as an adversary while demanding veto power over it.

The Warsaw Pact dissolved because the Soviet bloc collapsed; NATO remained because its members chose to keep it. Claims about NATO “inventing enemies” or a “globalist plan” to destroy Russia are ideological narratives, not facts.

@Henrygroucho this is off topic and misleading. The Berlin Wall fell in 1989. The statement by James Baker was made in 1990 and referred specifically to NATO forces not moving into former East Germany after reunification, not to NATO expansion across Eastern Europe. There was never a written or legally binding agreement banning NATO enlargement. The discussions with Mikhail Gorbachev were verbal and contextual. Presenting this as a “broken promise” ignores what was actually agreed. European states joined NATO voluntarily years later. Framing this history as justification for war or annexation is misleading and does nothing to support peace or security in Europe.

I truly wonder what the uptake of the open offer will be. It feels like a no brainer to participate, even if it's only about 13 million new shares.

Reasons for not participating:

- not knowing that it's possible

- not allowed because of the country you're from

- not allowed because you're an institutional investor

- not having the funds

- not worth the hassle for 1 in 49

- having a broker that makes it difficult

Furthermore I also wonder how many will oversubscribe:

- not everyone might know it's possible to oversubscribe

- not every broker makes it possible

- not everyone knows how to do it

- and then you also need the funds

Anyone with more experience have a clue about a reasonable participation rate and oversubscription rate?

Because we're now working towards actual oil production, I can think of 3 possible predictions:

1. End of year prediction 2026

2. First oil prediction (probably around July 2028 if we assume it takes 31 months since FID)

3. End of year oil price
