That's why I've been averaging down furiously, SS. the idea that the BoD and Sanderson are deliberately driving those down to gobble it up on the cheap has much merit. I'm almost now expecting a shafting later this year in or around the AGM.

Well, they can’t issue more shares via any kind placing as they have hit their 2b commitment, any increase in that needs an increase at either a GM or AGM. Looks like he intends to struggle through in the blind hope this goes beyond the warrants prices before the AGM in July / August sometime. He won’t risk a GM as per last year. He’s burying his head and hoping for the best. Appalling leadership.

Hard to know what the future brings, Bcl. But as the below article points out, there doesn’t seem to be much hope in Tanzania for IPPs. The country looks to have been a $40m black hole for Kibo, for me our best hope is the Gas Peaker Projects. But it’s a salvage operation for us, the hope of any return has gone.

The last update on Moz was in the RNS of 30/10/2019, now over three months ago:

Nothing since then other than in the presentation (which removed all dates) and the latest Q&A (which was an awful joke of a Q&A). As with everything Coetzee does it’s all over the place. Shame, as there isn’t new faces and new cash coming into Kibo on the back of KAT, if only he could deliver substantial news for once this may actually go somewhere.....

Listening to Louis Coetzee going on about shareholder value and discount to NAV is reminiscent to the gaming industry when it says ‘when the fun stops, stop’. He couldn’t give a monkeys about any PI or attaining value for them.

He cares first and foremost of keeping his empire building and vast salary on the road. Hence the outrageous placing and risk free warrants he gave himself and his London bucket shop pals. That may also be to the humble PI’s benefit one day, but that would only be a secondary and luck side effect.

This is a ‘nose in trough’ operations for Mr Coetzee he won’t even respond to the likes of you and me.
