So what’s happened to it?

a) It’s fallen through;
b) Vale aren’t signing it until the Moz Government agree to their side of the PPA;
c) Louis made it up, is a prone to telling some pork pies and the truth is it’s miles away;
d) Louis’s fountain pen ran out of ink;
e) Louis’s dog ran away with the only copy of the agreement; or
f) Louis spilt some champagne on the agreement after the placing because he was laughing at the Mug PIs so hard and a new copy has to be typed up in PI O Negative blood.

It could be any of the above or none of the above, if only we had a CEO who could be bothered treating investor’s with respect and tell us.

The only thing the last week(s) buy has allowed is the last placing to exit the building at a reasonable SP, yet again, not the the benefit of the long suffering PI.

SS, the Single Protected Transaction is still out there and being filled and has been since the 10 December. They’ll have to declare a TR1 on it eventually, like all things AIM, it’s a massive game of smoke and mirrors.

The Warrants are another sign of LC being on another time zone / planet from that of his PI Investor Base, that being the same PI Investor Base that has funded this company and his lifestyle to this point since the company floated.

18-36 months is now what he is thinking to give any tangible return to investors and by tangible return I mean to the dizzying heights of plus 1p in the next 36 months.

Gone seems to be ‘expeditiously, rapidly, shortly’ and all other fabricated timelines which have now been replaced by ‘nine revenue streams planned to progressively come online in 6-48 months from five power plants & four coal supply agreements’.

People in high positions eventually get found out given enough time, and so it has been the case with Louis boy.
