Not for the first time (particularly of late) I’m struggling to understand the point of that RNS. This was in the news 2 weeks ago or so, this is worthy of a tweet with a news article attached, not an RNS.

It caps off a disaster of a year for LC in where he has lurched from crises to crises with little that resembles a strategy and a year where he has allowed a bunch of bucket shop artists to decimate the company.

Another year goes by in which no PPAs have been signed and he now wants us to all to swallow a pan African energy agreement (years away from implementation) was always part of the plan, I’m amazed he’s got the balls and complete lack of shame to even suggest it.

Considering he’s achieved nothing this year I’m assuming 2020 can only be an improvement.

As that is almost certainly it for 2019 and as the SP starts to head south again I’m calling it a day for 2019, I have better and significantly less depressing stuff to get on with during the holiday period other than fixate on the breath-taking fecklessness of Louis Coetzee.

Bcl, is the complete lack of any clear and concise message that he’s putting out there into the ether that has left the market with the impression that this guy is just making this up as he’s going along.

He spent the last 6 months trying to convince us that there was ‘no flagship’ and that all projects ranked equal, now he tells us that there is actually a hierarchy of projects after all. His Media strategy is a gargantuan mess, no one can understand it. For example on the Vale / BIPP PPA, he bothers to tell us in an RNS of 30 October (now seven weeks ago) that they were in Moz to finalise the PPA, not a word since then and not a word in the Q&A document even when he knows fine well it’s the most important news on the Pi’s mind and was pride of place in the last Q&A document. Where is the strategy here? Is a ****ing riot.

How can anyone be so bad at simple stuff like this?

Guttingly, Boffer, I believe that to be the end result here, after PI’s have been rinsed for everything this will be taken private by a consortium of BoD and alike and amazingly it will start to move very quickly, we have merely been the idiots who funded the early development while others will ultimately take the prize.

Translation: dig deep PI maggots old LC wants another year in 2020 where he can syphon another £200k into his own pockets without achieving jack****. Ho, Ho, Ho.

No references to timelines or delivering the key PPAs within the Q&A (I loosely call it a Q&A as they never answered a single question I have asked of them in the last 2 months). This is now mirrored in the recent presentation, which looks glossy without actually stating when anything will be concluded. At least he has stopped lying!

Now we are told that our ‘flagship’ project is now the last on our (and the Tanzania Governments) list of importance despite the fact we have sank some USD$30m worth of capital into it. In other words, there is no PPA coming on that, let alone multiple ones.

Bots won’t happen for years.

No update on BIPP Vale PPA.

Why would there be a price monitoring extension when there was no securities traded today?

Is it related to the single protected trade going through? Which is still to be declared btw!

Spot on, Bcl. We know what the NAV is here and what the potential could be, and we know it is multiples of the current MCAP, but it is far too simplistic to believe the SP will simply revert back to something close to ‘sanity’.

Could this change quickly for the better? Of course it could, this is AIM and is a company trading at an 80% discount to it’s assets, but he has to actually achieve something in way of commercial off take deals at one of the large projects rather than his years of being conservative with the truth and outright making up timelines.

At least 3 PPA(s) to be signed by the years end probably totalling many billions of dollars…..

LC is about to disappoint for the 37th time on a PPA deadline.

I’ll let you make your own mind up on that. And I’d happily take a wheelbarrow load of humble pie on this should he actually pull it off.

All confidence in LC has gone, that is why a share with great assets and great potential lies lifeless in the AIM ditch. He has never actually achieved anything other than going off in multiple directions at once leaving the company too stretched and its resources not able to go far enough, we are now 3 months away from a complete death spiral funding round of another 1b (at least) shares and warrants being issued as I seriously doubt LC can or wants to reign in his spending to build his empire. We get real progress on MCPP or BIPP in the next three months or we are largely ****ed as PI’s.

Not that LC gives a ****, Kibo will live on as a company long after the next consolidation and we as PIs are left licking our wounds.

And to prove that point, check out Kibo’s latest tweet! They have tweeted to say look at our presentation, no, not the new one, the old one, they are posting a link to the 5 month old presentation and not the one released last week. An utter **** show of an coordinated message, who the **** is tweeting this out? Has LC got is 12 year old on the books as head tweeter? You have to wonder what if anything these idiots do on a day to day basis. In fact their PR Company (St Bride Partners) have even liked the tweet lol. It fills you with dread the incompetence levels here.
