CF, that makes it worse, so we had FE as our broker, we were about to appoint ETX Capital as our Joint Broker and then after the AGM LC went out and coordinated (I’d call it something much more sinister than that) with a third party brokerage in TS Capital to do the placing? That chain of events stinks out the place like Pepe Le Pew.

Rather guttinly, I think that’s right, Bcl, I’ll stand by my comments that on an operational / entrepreneurial basis that this guys has skills, he’s built up a very decent portfolio here which is progressing and should be valued much more than it is, but from a top level on how markets, fundraising works he utterly lost, he’s probably not a CEO more a COO, the guy seems to think he doesn’t need to worry about the SP and he only has to worry about the advancement of operations, that strategy has let the SP in ruins and at the mercy of the London bucket shops.

The central issue here, is ‘confidence’, and due to LC’s actions it’s shot to pieces here.

Even when a PPA comes along (and I do think they are close BTW despite my recent bout of sarcasm) you have to wonder what, if anything in terms of the SP will be achieved, at least in the short term because the Kibo Story is now a hard one to sell to an open market place such as AIM, again, due to the CEO’s actions here. Are we merely going to get the news we have waited years for only for our Chums (in whatever guise) to flood the market with the warrants and with it 1.9b shares in issue? Leading question really from me, that’s exactly what I think will happen.

This guy has some real skills around deal making and building up these opportunities, however, it’s clear he’s a total buffoon when it comes to the markets and how they work.

9th November 2018. In the last LC wink and nudge, nudge interview IN August this year he intimated it was very close after some ‘clarifications’ with the Botswana Authorities, so 2022/2023 judging by his previous timelines.

Of course, I guess LC / Sanderson just expect PI’s not to wonder why we did a placing at breakneck speed with a broker who wasn’t even our own? And who’s director at TS Capital (also a director at Novus Communications) was a former director at Beaufort Securities, yes, let’s all stick our fingers in our ****ing ears.

The bi-product of a relationship with Sanderson, we have a CEO has either been negligent or complicit in allowing Sanderson (against TR1 rules) to destroy the SP. The SP is a complete ‘fake’ on so many grounds due to the ongoing here (probably ongoing for many, many months to arrive at the placing in October).

We need the critical commercial agreements in place for BIPP and MCPP by Feb / Mar or we are largely done. It will be confetti and consolidation after that with no doubt Power China picking up the assets for pennies on the pound.

We get the Vale PPA next week and LC can at least show he can drag one of these ****ing things across the line. Would be nice to see him actually deliver something other than an SP chainsaw to Sanderson with a pretty bow on top!
