Even at the Assets on the books this is worth 1.6/7p per share at 1.9b shares in issue. That’s why the set price on the placing and warrant were a joke. I guess they did this to ensure it was a success, well, it was in that regards and everyone and their granny took up the placing, which tells you just how under priced it was IMHO.

As always, Bcl, on the ball, our authorised share issue is 2b (voted for at the last AGM). The full £7.5m over all the gearing of the warrants will take us to just under that. You may even found the placing was more in demand than the 422m take up and they had to cap it due to the authorised levels.

Working capital sorted for 2.5 years, I’m guessing that was the plan, put uncertainty behind them and let the upcoming news do the talking. I just wish I was buying in now lol.

If it gets to 1p, it will be a placing for £7.5m with all warrants excerised. They’ve went for it, no getting away from it.

Someone / organisation has got absolutely stuck into this, someone feels positive for it, that’s for sure. The cynic in me sees the MCPP PPA / PPAs to land in the next 4 weeks or so as I said previously.

Looks to have been popular. And why not at those prices. Now we have serious cash on the books and more to come via warrant conversation this should see working capital secured for two years or so, lots of uncertainty now behind us and if PPAs are delivered expect a serious rise IMHO.

All the price action lately (probably more than that) has been utterly skewed by this and we need to get by it and let the dust settle and see what's what. The SP has been utterly contrived by recent events not to mention Shumba dumping at the time of the Tanzania MLs news we need a fair run athe this to see where we settle.

Interesting to see what happens tomorrow with the £1m Underwritten Placing, £1m with TS Capital. I’m interested to see if anyone takes this up to a degree they will need to disclose a TR1 and who they are.

It’s also complete garbage, BCL, they will know exactly how close or not they are to the signing of the BIPP and MCPP PPAs as they are ‘on the ground’ so to speak.

I’m expecting this to get a whole lots more cynical in retrospect as we approach the end of the year.

Good for you, Bcl. The acid test of just how cynical this placing and warrants giveaway is will playout in the next few weeks, if he start so dropping PPAs galore within such a short period of time then there has to be a stewards enquiry here.

The easiest way to make money is to allow the share price to appreciate over time as value is added, the best way for them to make money / make it back is via a plc listing, I see little financial Merritt in taking this private, also further cash is needed in future and the best place to raise that is via the stock market, I have no idea why people would think that Sanderson / Shard / Malik would want to own a privately company called Kibo outright?

The easiest route to getting your money back / making money is through the PLC listing. I seriously doubt Malik / Sanderson wish an FCA light to be shown on their business buy making a mandatory bid for a PLC by breaching 30%. No chance IMHO.

Pretty much sums up where all LTHs are, C/F. We need to start seeing tangible value being delivered here i.e. via PPAs in both MCPP and BIPP by end of 2019 and a start at Bordersley.

These are exceptionally long ‘lead in’ investments and projects and I know what I have invested in and if he can deliver swift commercial deals there will still be cash to be made here long term, if not, well, there won’t be, simple as that, you pays your money and you take your chances.

Agree, it’s a very large sum of money / risk that Sanderson (Tanvier Malik) is sitting on here, he must see something here or why dig in?
