Well, he’s either getting better at these interviews through natural progression or he’s getting more confident. A very good interview. There certainly is no issues with grandeur of scale here, the numbers are whopping, if he commercialises this stuff without doing too much in the way of damage through share issues, it will be an epic return here, even based purely on a small percentage crumb left for Kibo PLC / us.

The MCAP has lost its mind, the Interims will almost certainly see an asset worth of circa £30m here, priced to go bust and has only £500k worth of debt (if you want to call it that to its biggest shareholder). It’s gone quite mad, and I’ll be picking more up on Friday.

You could also look at it as increasing your exposure to more ‘energy’ at a cost of reducing your exposure to ‘coal mining’ which is the way Kibo is heading after all. Mabesekwa will be an enormous energy hub at the heart of Southern Africa.

Agree, it’s very good news, the PowerChina (SEPCO) continued ‘tie up’ is of course always interesting here. This ‘consolidation’ was talked about on this board a few weeks back when Shumba mentioned Kibo in a news article regarding a possible tie up on its petrochemical site, it’s the logical thing to do, make the greater Mabesekwa Project an integrated giant project, you can also imagine the extra amount of government support this new consolidated project will no garner.

A question if you are kind enough? Was Sanderson at the AGM today? I ask as I'm struggling with the voting make up of the 119m shares voted on today. It's circa 15% of the shares in issue and has me stumped slightly....thanks if you can.

Would be interested to get feedback if anyone is there as I can't understand why as a major shareholder you wouldn't vote?

Why was the AGM attended / or in proxy by 27% of the company, but only circa 15% voted?
