As I’ve come to see it he’s only got one chance at SEPCO and extracting maximum value from them. If he allows 15% and then another 10% to go to SEPCO for 5/6p (random number) he’s then (and us) going to lose the company for peanuts. SEPCO will eventually own all the assets here btw (just my own views) no matter what transpires.

The question is do we extract maximum value from SEPCO for all the years worth of work (and pain) we have taken or does LC just go for a cheap 5/6p ‘win’ through exhaustion and the company ends up in the Chinese States Hands and they take the long term prize, the Chinese are the masters of playing the long game.

SEPCO is our shot at a proper return here, but **** it up and we’ll get ripped off royally IMHO.

That may be so, Mike, but even still, if we where 'desperate' for cash they would have transferred it back to the PLC to use for general purposes, not go ahead with paying for the MLs on MCPP. Something is close i think.

That of course was to directly answer any fears investors may have had that a) The GoT would somehow renege on the Mining Rights Approvals (they haven’t) or b) they didn’t have the money to pay for them (they do).

Again, this was to directly answer (to which there were several on here) those that thought these two things where an issue. Good for LC keeping us investors up to date on that.

I’m expecting a big bazooka on MCPP PPA Offtake Agreements before September is out, just a feeling.

Looking at the last two pieces of news (MCPP MLs and BIPP Term Sheets) far from being down I’m more confident now than I have been in a long old while that actual tangible and valuable news has now arrived and will continue to arrive in the months to come. LC is fattening the goose for a plumb Christmas gift courtesy of Uncle SEPCO, who will have to pony up for our affections.

Worth remembering that Vale have been trying to get a power plant project off the ground in Moz for a decade or more.

Sitting in the size of operational coal mine you’d think extensions would come readily as southern Africa’s power needs grow.

That this company is in the process of tying up a 25 year multi billion dollar revenue agreement with a titan of the mining industry like Vale, remarkable at which will be the biggest coal mine in all of Africa. Of course Vale will also have assurances from the Moz Government that they haven't just wasted a year and a few million quid of lawyers fees also that they'll take the rest. As I say remarkable achievement.

Agreed, topsharepicks, it’s times like these where an MM lead Market like AIM doesn’t really work. In order to force some kind of market (so they make money) they are forced to batter the bejesus out of shares down to delirious MCAPs. On absolutely no volume they are taking company’s down to MCAPs that are stupid beyond belief.

The markets are in a bad way, it will get better, but not quickly, sorry to say that.

Worrying signs for the market at large, Aerial. There is no liquidity / interest out there in any company, even Gold that is doing very handsomely you’d expect some positive ‘wash’ onto stocks like KEFI and AAU, but nothing. Strange times.

That’s a fair reflection on the current market, IMHO it’s a long road ahead for the SP, it’s no different here to any other’s in the market and in particular our sector of it.

That’s not to say we aren’t in a great position IMHO, we are, we’ve never been in such a good space from a company perspective with some blockbuster stuff to come. What’s more, the company obviously think this too, which is why they have gone on cash conservation mode since the Tanzania Procurement debacle back at the turn of the year. Which I am assuming has been led by the biggest shareholder, Sanderson, and is probably a prerequisite of them standing behind Kibo in terms of future funds.

Markets are cyclical, the wheel will come round eventually.
