Taking 4m shares off me at 0.36p without NT, and the 0.37p ‘sells’ 1.5m x 2 are almost certainly to do with the Single Protected Trade being filled (which must be a biggie), so you have to assume an MM / Broker is trying to fill this at 0.4p per share or slightly below to their Client which is why they screwed this yesterday to open up the fake spread. It might be Yaki going over 5%+, but it may not be, could be someone else.

100%. The single protected trade is still being filled and it has to be at least 1% of stock / 12m shares or so.

Rocktapper, every development in the UK is subject to Planning Conditions, sometimes these are pre-commencement conditions, sometimes pre-completion conditions, sometimes merely a monitoring condition, why would Kibo / Bordersley be any different?

Bcl, I’m actually half expecting him to announce another project, from Slide 5 on the Presentation ‘Utilise expertise and network to identify new energy assets to further diversify portfolio’.

As I’ve said, it’s empire building. I don’t think he particular cares about current SP, MCAP or Shareholders, this is about creating a company that he is at the helm of that one day will be worth a lot of money and the guy will be perfectly happy to destroy any shareholder value at this point in time to do that. At the end of the day he can just keep diluting and consolidating the shares until he’s at a point where we has a company that will make him and his cohort a killing, we’ll be diluted to oblivion of course.

In his mind and he’s still getting paid on a monthly basis so he’s probably like ‘what’s the rush’ PPA this year or next, it means nothing to him.

‘Fruition’ is the same as ‘advancement’ It’s just buzzword garbage. It means Louis is preparing another £200k in salary in 2020 without actually achieving anything.

I have asked that question previously and never really found a satisfactory answer. But, the MM’s a well within the regulatory rules to offer these shares out with the stated SP. But it’s 100% a buy and in the days / weeks ahead a TR1 will pop up.

Hover your mouse over the Information ‘I’ Sign at the right hand side of the trade screen for the 600k trade from 15:20:46 and it will flash up Non Protected Portfolio / Single Protected Transaction. Someone is purchasing a notifiable amount of shares, welcome to AIM, where serious buying can result in the depression in your SP if an MM agrees to sell you these shares at a lower price to the actual SP.

T: Single - If reporting a single protected transaction. A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction, however, the market as a whole isn't told until the end, thus the order is protected.

N: Non Protected Portfolio - A non-protected portfolio transaction or a fully disclosed portfolio transaction. Normally a transaction of a number of stocks dealt with by one market maker at an agreed discount to the market price.

There is a Non Protected Portfolio / Single Protected Transaction going through. The last time this was seen was Yaki was going from 3% to 4% in notifiable holdings (before the placing), even if it’s not him someone is collecting shares and is about to declare either a declarable holding or a change in holding above a percentage threshold. This also explains the reverse trades lately, someone is collecting and the MMs are facilitating it.

Not all is what it appears on AIM. The MM’s have dropped the price to facilitate someone filling their boots.

Couldn’t agree more. The NAV here alone is 2p+, which is a 5 bagger from here and that would also put circa £5m more cash on the books with the warrants at a time when cash is king. We should be multiples of here.

But that’s Louis, he’s the guy who waits till your out of cash then let’s the market and your largest shareholder shaft you senseless.

I’ve never been anything but polite, but after some searching comments about his performance here as CEO here and the actions surrounding his largest shareholder leading up to the Placings It would appear Louis has decided to stick his fingers in his ears and never talk to me again. Says it all!
